I did a little research online, filled out an info form on the F-150 I was interested in. The team contacted me via email and we were able to set up an appointment to come in and test drive the exact truck I wanted. Randy was able to set me up with the proper paperwork I needed to get ahead of the financing. When I arrived the truck was ready and I set out on my test drive. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and courteous. The team went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I got the best deal on the F-150 I had my eye on. After it was all said and done, I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Randy has kept in contact with me since and is currently helping me with after market accessories. I would recommend 5 Star Ford to anyone!

My name is Ray Blevins and I recently purchased online a 2014 ford F 150. I was contacted by Cody Faulkner of Stanley Ford and he listened to what I was interested in. I informed him I was in Amarillo and seen this truck and I wanted it! I informed Cody of my trade in that I had planned to use in this purchase. Cody was very quick to keep me informed of ALL the proceedings and steps he was taking on what was happening as it was happening. Here in Amarillo there is no way I would get this outstanding service from any dealership! Cody not only let me know at all times what was going on during working hours, he answered ALL my questions after hours into the 10:00 pm evening. Cody did this with a great attitude and a “no problem, happy to help” customer service. Cody not only made sure I got what wanted, he had it delivered to my front door.....4 hours away!!!!! Just a number at this place. While looking at trucks and trying to decide on a color the sales manager takes the keys and puts the truck back on the line. Guess he didn't like where I parked it. Had to take salesman to shop so he could get jumper because truck wouldn't start. Price was not as described online. I had to ask about available rebates as they were not supportive in helping find all available rebates. Didn't get all incentives as described on Ford advertising. Can not get calls return after sale. Never met service department. No communication after sale from this place. I am only a number with them. Will not be back.

Lug nuts stripped - LaNisha08$
All the lug nuts were stripped on my car making changing a flat almost impossible. Karl Klememt Ford was the only place to touch my tires since it was new and I paid extra for the tire warranty. I told them that my lug nuts were stripped and needed to be changed since they messed them up and the service tech said that they changed them. I went to the tire shop today to buy my first set of new tires and had to buy new lug nuts because the Ford dealership had put the stripped out ones back on my car.

We are 15+ years loyal customers of SW...bought our 6th Dodge in Feb. 2019. will NEVER buy from them again. Cheated us out of $. A know issue we were never told about "cylinder head". Took it to my personal mechanic twice to have spark plugs changed and coil replaced. Found out by doing this that their is a know issue with the cylinder head which was giving us problems. Never have we ever gotten any recalls on this Durango. Was instructed to call Dodge/Chrysler Headquarters and ask for a Good Will Warranty because the warranty ended at 150,000 miles... we have 155,000 miles. This issue has been going on since November 2018, well below the 150,000 miles. I called and was instructed to take car to Seth Wadley to have a diagnosis done (bill $300) and they would see what they could do for us. We were lead to believe that they would help with this issue. Chysler/Dodge/Jeep Headquarters opened a claim. We took it to SW and 4 days later, were told that claim was denied. We were out $300 for nothing! I called headquarters again and expressed my concern.. a new claim was opened and 2 days later that claim was denied. Asked why? Was told that because I took my car to other mechanics to have spark plugs changed and coil replaced, they weren't done by an authorized dealership so the denied my claim. That is a bunch of BS....We are out $300 for nothing. We have a hard time getting our SW vehicles in to have our "free oil changes" done, so I have been paying to have it done other places. Talked with Randy (Service Manager) and he was not helpful at all.. There is no communication between him and the service staff. Jennifer was telling me one thing and he was telling me another. Along with headquarters telling me and leading us to believe that they would help us. I feel like SW should have fought for us better than they did, waived the $300 that we paid and took care of loyal customers as we are. We bought a Dodge Ram in February 2019 and regret every bit of it....We feel that we were wronged and that we should have this paid for and repaired. We will never buy another vehicle from SW....and we currently own 4 from them... I guess Hudiburg will get out business again... They always stand behind their word.

I booked an appointment for oil change with the oil change center and I got there 30 minutes early. After two hours and asking several times to the oil change manager he finally “found” my paperwork and proceeded to make me wait another hour because “I lost my place in line”

Be careful taking your vehicle to this Ford dealership for services. I own a 2010 Ford Taurus . I took my vehicle there for a regular service, i.e. Tire rotation and oil change as I have always done. I picked my vehicle up and the first time I crancked it up it made a crazy clicking noise that was not there prior to dropping it off. I called the dealership (services) and reported to them that my car was now making a clicking noise. The gentleman told me to bring it in. I dropped it back off on a Monday morning when the employee said he would have to charge me 100$ for a diagnostic. (Are you kidding me?) my husband drove past ford several times that day only to see my car sittin in the same spot. I finally got a phone call stating they could not locate the issue nor the sound. We picked my vehicle up again, and there was no sound. Two days later, my car began clicking again. I dropped it off again and was then charged almost 200$ for the repair ! They say it's a coincidence that my car started making noises right AFTER I picked it up. You have to be kidding me! So be careful taking your vehicle there for any such repairs, because if they mess up something on you vehicle they won't have any integrity about, and you may end up coming out of you pocket more money than expected.
