To those interested, my experience with Ed Lewis at Huffines in Plano:
Shortly after inquiring about a vehicle online, Mr. Ed Lewis called me within 10 min, at the time it was 15 till 9:00 PM. He answered all questions over the phone as best he could with the information he had at the time including financing options, similar vehicles, availability, etc. I told him I could be over in 30 minutes.
He helped me look well at the vehicle in and out at my own comfort and helped look for any details. Gave me a test drive and answered more nit picky questions I had for him. Honestly I was a pest with the amount of questions, yet his politeness and professionalism not once wavered. All in all, the time it took to purchase my new vehicle was 2 hours.
Even after I found a small scratch of a detail days after, Ed told me he would take care of me and my new car on a day he had off. He brought in my vehicle, fixed any small details at no cost as well as providing me a means of transportation for my work. Even throughout the plates and registration, he kept me well updated by text and call!
Ed Lewis provided exceptional service of a gentleman and a scholar that in my opinion went above and beyond, providing me a great, safe, well market priced vehicle. I would recommend Mr. Ed Lewis' service for buying a vehicle to all my friends and family.

Worst experience. My husband and I came into dealership to purchase a Dodge Durango RT after corresponding with Aaron thru email. Aaron treated us like we were second grade customers and made several remarks that TRUMP is to blame for interest rates. Even though I had told him that our credit was good. He was very argumentative and even had a yelling match with my husband. I have previously bought 3 vehicles from them with no problems. I hate that one employee can change my view of this dealership but he was very unprofessional for an Internet salesman.

The people at this dealership are a bunch of liars. They ran our credit through four different people after we told him we did not want it to be ran. They assured us it wouldn’t be done because the people that had the dealership before they have it now did the same thing to us. We will never do Business with this company ever again and will tell everyone how crappy they are.
6 Days in Service Department and never looked at my Jeep - swarren
My Jeep was scheduled for a service appointment on Wednesday at an early drop-off. I left it at the dealership earlier than scheduled. I received a text within 2 hours of dropping off. By Friday I had heard no update, so I texted my contact as requested by the initial text. Saturday, the text had yet to be responded to, so I called. My first attempt to call was disconnected after being put on hold. On my second call, I was told that my Jeep would be looked at on Saturday or Monday, and I would be contacted with an update. By 5:00 PM Monday, I had not been contacted, so I called. After a 15 minute hold, I was told I could not be given a status or update. I asked if I should come pick up my car. I was told yes, that they close at 7:00 PM. I picked up my car and took it home having no work completed, no one ever contact me from the dealership for updates or a solution to repair it. My Jeep is still broken after never being looked at. I feel that my 6 days without my car was wasted. As a side note, when I went to pick up my car they could not find my "file" either. I guess I fell through the cracks.

My wife and I went in looking for a used vehicle. We left with a new one for the same price we would have walked out with the used one. The customer service was great. We had to wait on the finance guy, which always happens at a dealership, but everything was perfect. I could not have been happier with this experience. Skylar, our salesman was very professional, and Bryce, the manager, was as nice as could be.

I sat in the lane to be helped for 30 minutes, no one ever came to help, greet, or even to say I'll be with you in a minute. They were helping everyone around me though. All I needed was my license plates put on. I ended up leaving and going next door to the Hyundai dealers service department. They helped immediately. This is the second time I have tried to get help from Autonation Dodge service department and both times they have left me just sitting there so I know now not to go back.

We are 15+ years loyal customers of SW...bought our 6th Dodge in Feb. 2019. will NEVER buy from them again. Cheated us out of $. A know issue we were never told about "cylinder head". Took it to my personal mechanic twice to have spark plugs changed and coil replaced. Found out by doing this that their is a know issue with the cylinder head which was giving us problems. Never have we ever gotten any recalls on this Durango. Was instructed to call Dodge/Chrysler Headquarters and ask for a Good Will Warranty because the warranty ended at 150,000 miles... we have 155,000 miles. This issue has been going on since November 2018, well below the 150,000 miles. I called and was instructed to take car to Seth Wadley to have a diagnosis done (bill $300) and they would see what they could do for us. We were lead to believe that they would help with this issue. Chysler/Dodge/Jeep Headquarters opened a claim. We took it to SW and 4 days later, were told that claim was denied. We were out $300 for nothing! I called headquarters again and expressed my concern.. a new claim was opened and 2 days later that claim was denied. Asked why? Was told that because I took my car to other mechanics to have spark plugs changed and coil replaced, they weren't done by an authorized dealership so the denied my claim. That is a bunch of BS....We are out $300 for nothing. We have a hard time getting our SW vehicles in to have our "free oil changes" done, so I have been paying to have it done other places. Talked with Randy (Service Manager) and he was not helpful at all.. There is no communication between him and the service staff. Jennifer was telling me one thing and he was telling me another. Along with headquarters telling me and leading us to believe that they would help us. I feel like SW should have fought for us better than they did, waived the $300 that we paid and took care of loyal customers as we are. We bought a Dodge Ram in February 2019 and regret every bit of it....We feel that we were wronged and that we should have this paid for and repaired. We will never buy another vehicle from SW....and we currently own 4 from them... I guess Hudiburg will get out business again... They always stand behind their word.

Raul Luna sold my daughter gap insurance and a warranty for $5000 on a used car that was under $13,000. He also failed to provide the bill of sale and told her to come back the next day for it. She believed she was getting the gap and warranty for much less. Luna took advantage of her lack of experience, as she relied on his advice.
Gap insurance was not needed b/c the car had already depreciated and the price charged for the warranty was excessive and dishonest.
Luna's conduct and the dollar amount of coverage he sold her was unconscionable and constitutes fraud. The situation is ripe for a lawsuit.

Ive had it only one month and its been in service dept at chickasha 3 going 4 time tmrw. The employees are inexperinced and the so called new service manager informed me maybe i should take it to duncan! The only decent one there is woman at service desk who pushed thru for me to get a loaner truck so i could keep working for when i come back in cause they will need it for awhile and cant figure out whats wrong. In past have stuck me in a chrystler 200!! Really bought the truck for stupid amount to make living not try to stick welder in truck of a car. I thank her. And for the salesman he informed me he would find me another truck to replace this lemon then came back and started saying the loan on a new truck would have to go under my dad instead. Tho i already had a loan on this new 2018 ram. He is not very smart and i would never recomend chickasha byford to anyone!! Prob gonna turn to filing it lemon thru the lemon law it looks like.
