Service is great at Huffines I also dealt with Michael Lewis in collision. The damage was fixed to my satisfaction and in a timely matter. The one great thing was the use of a loaner car while we were getting our collision work done as well as the problems we were having at service.
Don't get me wrong, Michael, Brain O'Connor in service and later Allen Moore, went above and beyond in helping me. Include Pete Krygsman in that and the Sales Manager. Had I realized earlier the problem with my car was going to be so costly I would have probably done things differently.
Cars being what they are, don't always agree with your pocket book. When I finally talked with Allen Moore he was able to help me get into a newer car that was cost effective. I wasn't expecting to walk out with a car payment, but we got a car that is definitely more reliable, with fewer miles and a great extended warranty at what I would consider a fair price.
All things considered, I think things worked out quite well.

Brought the car in (2014 Chevy Cruze) to have headlight bulb changed. Was told it needed new wiring harness?? Contacted another dealership about same issue. They informed me that it doesn't require changing harness, only changing part of the wiring where the bulb is located. $45 fix versus $900 wiring harness change. Beware, sounds like to me they are taking advantage of hard working individuals with nonsense. My daughter brought the car in. She was taken advantage of.

Isaias in the service department earned more than 5 stars today! We are up from Texas visiting for the holiday and our transmission module went out.....I called spoke with him after confirming with the parts department (parts department rocks too) they had one in stock and Isaias gave me a quote and asked when we could have the truck there. It ended up not shifting and I called him back. He gave me a number to a tow truck and said he would do his best to get us fixed today. Truck arrived there at 2:30 & we arrived shortly after. Someone was already pulling it in to complete a diagnosis, confirmed what we figured and at 5:20 pm we were on the road! What a great job, customer service and technicians they have. Everyone there was friendly and great!

We had the worst experience EVER at Toyota Freeman. My father dropped his BRAND NEW car with only 3,000 miles off - one he has worked really hard for - for a simple oil change. We were told that once the car was ready, we would be notified but days went by and the company failed to notify us of any status on the vehicle. Growing impatient after numerous phone calls, since this car is my father's only method of transportation, we called Freeman only to be notified that due to their mishandling and neglect towards my father's car it was now damaged. Freeman's employee was irresponsible and negligent causing him to crash my father's car into a structure of some sort. The amount of loss is unimaginable. His new car is damaged and requires extensive repair. We contacted the dealership and got a hold of the service manager Tom, who then connected us to their insurance agent who had the audacity to yell at us and was completely rude to us. THEY damaged our car. THEY caused us to suffer emotional distress and yet, here we are being yelled at.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They will not own up to their mistakes.

Had my vehicle towed there cuz it wouldn't start 3 days ago. Brad called to give me estimate of 780.00 for diagnostic, corroded cable and new battery plus labor. I said wow that's expensive and he said replacing corroded battery cable is labor intensive then quickly said we'll get it done asap. I called back in 10 min to tell him not to replace cable. His reply was, I'll run to shop and tell them but it may already be done ! So much for labor intensive !! He gave me senior discount of $67.00. total bill $701.41. coworker said he could've changed battery and cable for $115.00. I was charged $400. In labor with senior discount ! Never again !!!

My daughter took her vehicle to the dealership in Denton. They kept the car overnight (and used nearly a 1/2 tank of gas in the process) to try and find the problem. The only solution they had to her car stalling was to replace the negative battery cable. The very next day the problem occurred again but they were unable to fit her in. I called another dealership several hours away and they quickly scheduled her in and identified the problem within an hour.
Poor workmanship - Toyota owner
I took my 2002 Camry in for minor scratches on the passenger door and fender. When I was called to pick it up and arrived you could see from 20 feet away the poor paint job on the door. I told them this was not acceptable. I was never called regarding imperfections in the door. When I got the car back there were dents in the car that were not there before, which they denied with a heated argument. They told me basically don't come back and did not charge me and did not warranty the work. They told me to take it to the dealer to fix the door. This could have been avoided if I was called regarding the imperfections in the door with a new quote for repairs instead of painting over the imperfections. I would not recommend Service King for any repairs or painting.

I took my truck here for a front end noise. They said they fixed it, sure enough the next day the noise is back. They kept it for several days and said before it was fixed. Then I started having s problem with exhaust. I made an appointment they 4 days before I wanted to bring it in and made sure they could look at it that day, they said yes for sure. I got off work early the day before and decided to drop it off so they had extra time. No one mentioned there is no shuttle on a Saturday which is what day my truck would be ready so I paid Lyft to take me there right before they closed. Once I get there I was informed they never even looked at my truck, but they could hurry and put a mirror on that I was going to buy separate from the exhaust issue- so here they are quick to sale me something but don’t want to handle a warranty problem. They never once called Friday or Saturday and never said anything when I called to ask service about a shuttle. So basically my truck just sat there then I had to pay to pick it up. The service advisor could have cared less. I will never return to this dealer and will not ecommend them to anyone.

Had my stalling vehicle towed there, They said needs tune up, 6cyl. P/U. $600 with tax, I said ok, Cause I needed it back asap, when it was done, they said its good we tested 30 miles, Picked it up and made it two blocks then needed another tow home stalled, no start, I fixed it myself, I called, They admitted not testing the fix 30 miles or even close, manager said he would take better care next time, Took it back for a scheduled state inspection a week later, Not only did they not do anything for causing me much grief, They said they can't inspect the vehicle that day. beause a couple small things needed fixed, They did however remind me that it would be expensive if I chose to wait. If you find a good place with fare prices, you'll likey never return to this place. Their warranty fixers in my view. Computer wiz types not workers.
Worst place to deal with - Not taking my car there anymore
The worst place to have a car serviced, they don't call and update I have to call them to find out what's going on with my car, and after 12 days they still didn't know what was wrong with the ac and the best fix is basically to replace the whole ac which will coast me over 2400, I don't think so.
