I do alot of traveling so I visit many ford dealerships these guys told me that one of my problems with truck is covered by ford by a certain mileage were other dealerships never mentioned anything to me about that I thought that was great

Terrible service department - FordF350
My son's diesel truck broke down and was towed to BK Ford. They said the diesel looked cloudy and assumed he put the wrong gas in his diesel truck. Our insurance company took a sample and sent it to an external site for evaluation; it came back as diesel. The truck then sat on their lot for over a week before anyone looked at. When the service department finally looked at it they said it just needed fresh fuel and a new fuel filter. A new filter had been installed approximately one month prior. They did not run any diagnostics on the truck and took 7 days to even look at it or test drive it. The service rep (Leslie) did not call with any updates, and could never provide a clear answer for when the truck would be looked at. She continued to tell me how busy they were when i asked for a timeline.The service department is also closed on Saturday. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

he was rude smoked in or around my car and made it stink. they do not think of others when the smoke. i was over charged for a part i did not get over all not happy at all when requested that the smell be taken care of they wanted to charge to fix their mess up. then when i said it was their fault they then got realy rude with me.
Owner does not care about good customer service - choo choo
On Saturday June 11 had a appointment for my truck to have bumper and oil changed . Service was short handed . Fish and Pedro were wonderful doing all they could do We waited 3 1/2 hours there only to come to find out the owner pulled Fish off of a waiting paying customer just to move cars ! Not only were we waiting 2 other customers too !This is totally not customer service it shows he could careless about his customers ! What can I say "Dick"Scott name says it all! A wise suggestion is your never to OLD to take some customer relations courses , might need a few refresher courses .
