When I brought my truck in he told me that he thought they would have it all day. Called me at 12:30 and said I was done. I had heard bad things about the service department, but my experience was pleasurable and I would use them again.

In the past I have bought a few vehicles at this location. But now they are GREAT, it was so easy and Mike Cosby went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. The new management has made such a huge difference. I called the dealership, spoke with mike, told him what I wanted, a few hours later he said co.e get it. I bought a 2019 lonestar, and got it $ 5000 less than other area dealers were offering . All around the best shopping experience of my life.

The people at this dealership are a bunch of liars. They ran our credit through four different people after we told him we did not want it to be ran. They assured us it wouldn’t be done because the people that had the dealership before they have it now did the same thing to us. We will never do Business with this company ever again and will tell everyone how crappy they are.

We purchased our 2006 Dodge pickup from Stanley in Sept. 2018, we were told since it was a used vehicle they always change the oil and detail all vehicles. I took the same pickup in today to get the oil changed again and found out that Stanley does not have the filter to fit the Ams Oil bypass filter that was on the vehicle when it was purchased. I asked the service department how they changed it before if they dont even have this filter in the entire town. They informed me they have never changed the oil there. So now I have to worry how long has it really been since a oil change? I guess even though they told us they changed the oil they really did not

I called about a car that I saw on an internet site and scheduled a test drive. The woman I made the appointment with said she would call if anything about the car changed between our conversation and the test drive appt. I was told to speak to Patrick when I arrived. When I arrived (15 min early) after a 2.5 hour drive, I was handed off to Carlos. I was told that the car that I had made the appointment to see wasn't on that lot and that we would have to go to another lot to find it. We went to the other lot. Carlos went in to check on their computer inventory and said that the car had been sold that same morning. Carlos asked me if there was any other car that I might be interested in. I wasn't.
At that point, I just wished someone had called. However, when I was in the lobby another customer came in looking for a car that his wife had called about. He was told that it was no longer on the lot. And he was asked if there might be any other car that he was interested in.
1) I wish they had followed through and called me the way they said they would.
2) I now doubt that they had the car when I called. I notice that it is still posted on all the car sites.
