I found my Mazda CX-3 on the Russell and Smith Mazda website. I emailed the company and received and email from Gilton Huggett within minutes! I called him a few hours later and we set up an appointment for me to come in. I came in on a Saturday and he had everything ready for me to test drive. I loved it! I got a great deal on my trade in and was treated very kindly by multiple people. I was very pleased with Jason Lainez who was my finance manager. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want to. Gilton took the time to sit with me in my new car and explained everything before I left. I am very happy with my purchase and service. I came in and was very honest with them about what I needed/wanted and I was treated exceptionally.

Had such a good experience at this dealership. My sales guy named Wolf helped me get into a nice Dodge Ram truck. He was really cool and laid back. He was straight up and i know i got a good deal. I will tell everyone to go see him.
Incompetent - Nomad
Left my Mazda 3 for service and even though brakes were found below minimum they did not call me, just gave back a car they consider undrivable. I then approved the budget for the repair just to get a call next day with a 75% increase, which I reluctantly approved, and another 60% on top as surprise gift when I picked up the car. They definitively dont know what they are doing. Totally incompetent

I just want to say what a great experience I had at your Dealership. This was my second vehicle I bought and it was just a great transaction. From start to finish was a very short wait. The staff was outstanding to work with and my sales person, Cedric, was phenomenal. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated to making the sale smooth and without a hitch.
