I'm at the dealership now and have never written a review before but I just couldn't let this one go. My car was totalled so I'm definitely buying a car, with cash, and the salesmen were just awful. The salesman that first greeted me listened to what I was looking for had a car pulled up front then handed me off to another salesman without my knowledge. He didn't introduce us or excuse himself he just disappeared. The feeling I got from the second salesman was that it was a pain to show me the different models and explain the different features. I think I actually like the Honda models a bit better than the Toyota however because of the salesmen and lack of willingness to please I think Toyota will be my choice. I can just imagine what the service department would be like here!!

I bought Honda Accord them they didn't give me Military Discount. Especially Finance department was very awful. They didn't finance me with Honda and had with the other banks with higher APR to get commission. They came up with different coverages that you don't need. They try to reap you up from every possible way. They will try to add the coverage that is already covered by manufactures warranty. I referred one of my friend to buy Honda Accord from them just because Hondas being a good car but didn't give a referral. Very upset with this dealer

We just bought a new honda accord sport 2019 at the end of february, we was so happy with the new car, great experience with the sales Man Al. After the first car wash we noticed an overspray on top of the hood, weather stripping on one of the quarter windows was touch up by the dealer, dirt under the clear coat in one of the passenger doors, a cricket noise coming from the engine. We when yesterday 03/30/2019 to pick up the license plates and we spoke with the service manager Shanh shahriari about some issues, we don’t explain about the cricket noise coming from the engine, the service manager Shang was with no interest like if all this issues are normal, is not respect or minimum interest for what we was telling him, so rude. Im so dissatisfied and disappointed with the car, we should not have that many issues with a new car and scheduling service repairs in brand new car. This is the dealer responsibility to inspect every single car before they sale to costumers. I will not recommend people to buy from them. the less we expect with a brand new car is not having any issues like this. I hope we can have a response as soon as possible from the owner and they take responsibility for this. Also i have to work and live far away from the dealer, that’s why we bought a new car because i need a good and safe transportation. It’s very difficult for me to go to the dealer only because they don’t inspect the cars before they sell them. Frustrating and terrible experience.

Worst customer service ever!! - Odyssey2014
Rude and unprofessional! I called to schedule an appt, was transferred 10+ times back and forth to the same people, who didn't help and were incredibly rude! Left my info on a machine, then got a call back only to have to women be extremely RUDE and unable to answer my question! My 2014 odyssey is having MANY electrical issues, and this Honda service place is THE WORST!!
