Best customer service! - Emily
Gilbert helped me with my car very quickly & was very friendly & approachable! I had car troubles on my way home from A&M and was very lucky to happen to be passing by this Honda dealership in Corpus at the right time! 10/10 recommend this location (:

My Highest Recommendation - charlespatrick1958
Simply stated, the sales process and the prices are exceptional. I just purchased my second vehicle from Honda of Lake Jackson. As with the previous purchase, the interaction was very personalized, the car buying process was swift, and the pricing was competitive both locally and nationally. Just as important, the sales representative (David Woodley) went to great lengths to ensure that I had the best pricing and financing possible. Because of my positive experiences, I have enthusiastically recommended this dealership and my sales representative, David Woodley, to each of my business partners.
Great Customer Servicde - Al B
We bought a preowned Jeep from Honda of San Marcos and found a few items that needed to be taken care of... The items were handled promptly and to our satisfaction.
Thanks to our sales rep Larry Reeves for making the purchase process so easy. Also thanks to service manager Dusty Baker for handling the repair items so promptly. All the dealership staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful.
When we are ready to replace our CRV, we'll be back to Honda of San Marcos.
I need another service center I'm ever comi back to Gillman - cachichurris62
We went to have a part replaced with the original parts, instead the repair job was done with a part that was not original. We were not made aware of this before being billed for the repair and when asked why an original part was not used "David's" response was to get us a quote for the the part we originally wanted. We went to the dealership with the understanding that repairs done there would be done using the cars original parts and not a part that can be obtained from any other auto part store.
Extremely deceptive - Drr016
I went to originally go look at civic and test drive, and decided to go forward with the purchase since they said they would match my trade, I go into finance and we had a different number for the vehicle and the trade that was agreed on, plus they added some extra things that I didn’t ask for. Do not buy from this place, and do not work with Keith, or Charles.
Service Department lacking in Service - Demisedgabe
This franchise does not care about customer satisfaction, the service that was provided for me did not meet my expectations and I highly recommend to get your vehicle serviced elsewhere. More specifically, I go to get my air conditioning diagnosed and they tell me that they need to replace the evaporator core and expansion valve which was about $1,000.00. I get the vehicle back and it is still not blowing cold air, the fact that they released the vehicle to me knowing that it was not fixed is a huge embarrassment to the Honda name and this Autonation franchise. I take it back and they say, "oh it is the relay switch" and they replace it, still not working correctly when they release it to me. The service technicians are not very skilled if they misdiagnosed my car 3 times, and it would seem that the labor and parts that i paid for was not the cause at all and that they were actually in good working order. The service representatives were not helpful either, very quick to hand me quotes on more parts and labor. I paid loads of money for this fix, and it is not fixed, that is not how Honda should treat their customers. I can't help but feel like this dealership has robbed me of hard-earned money. Be weary about getting your vehicle serviced there, their lack of knowledge and expertise is very evident when talking to these service representatives. In fact, they also tried to tell me that my radiator fans were not operating correctly, however, one fan kicks on when the A/C does and the other when the vehicle's engine exceeds 255 degrees and that's how radiator fans properly work. These service technicians and representatives will just tell you anything to get more money or for you to leave. This was my experience at Autonation Honda.
