My mother n law was looking for a new vehicle. I checked the local dealers and 1 other out of town dealer. A friend suggested Ryan Ford and Mark Jones. I looked at the available Escapes on their website and picked the one I thought she would like. I spoke to Mark and gave him the stock number. He gave me a price that beat all others. I even had one of the other dealers call me and ask if I had made a decision. He tried to beat the offer, but could not. It wasn't just about the price. Mark was professional and not pushy. (I had to work on the day of the sale so I cannot evaluate the facility.) So my wife and mother n law went to make the actual purchase. My wife does not like the "purchase process" so I was surprised that she had no complaints about the transaction. It was easy and trouble-free. Best of all, my mother n law has a great new vehicle at a great price. This was easy.

Was lied to about approval amt so they could sell me the car they wanted to sell- not the car I wanted to buy- then they tell me it’s certified used and safe- brakes went out to the point of ruining the rotors 3 weeks after purchase- sold my husband a truck he didn’t want lying to him about the amount he was approved for to get him to purchase a truck they wanted to get rid of- they had to replace his breaks 2 weeks after sale and he still has major engine problems they say they fixed and they refuse to give him the documents to show what they did to it- they also promised to get him a different truck 4 times and at the last day before payment was due, they said they changed their mind and they can’t help him any further - when he wrote bad review on the site they threatened legal action against him- horrible place! Don’t buy here ever!
Service Dept:Unorganized, Slow, Lack Communication - SportDriver
Long story short, they didn't communicate to me what was going on while they had my car. The only time I learned anything was to call myself or stop by. My car was there for a week and still not sure what all was completed as I just told them I couldn't wait any longer... I need to be able to commute. And they only allow you a rental for 1 or 2 days covered though they will string you along holding your car hostage for countless days. I still haven't gotten the completed ticket with tech notes. I am going up there tomorrow to talk to a manager. This is ridiculous!! I got my car a week ago with promises of a completed ticket for my records. And they clearly DID NOT address one of my concerns stating the technician didn't have time to drive the car. WHAT!! A whole week and the tech hasn't driven it to diagnose a problem that can only be seen by driving it. Sad. Tired of typical but there is more.

Just wanted to voice my total dissatisfaction with this dealership. Showed up looking to buy a new 2019 F250 Saturday February 16th was told the one I wanted would be there either Monday or Tuesday the following week. I signed a contract and handed over a 28K check to Hugo. I called the salesman John Wilson Monday at 11:59am and he informed me then that the truck I was supposed to get was sold. Needless to say I was upset that I had to initiate the call. I showed up at the dealership Monday and asked to talk to a manger, I got Richard who looked for another truck and said he could get it soon. After several calls and text this one was sold also. The third and final attempt was when both John and Richard found one in Georgia. This one would arrive in five working days due to having to send a driver. Well I found out Friday that this one had extensive damage to it. I have purchased vehicles from your dealership in the past but after this I can promise you I will never buy another from you nor will I recommend anyone to you. Really sucks that I have to give you a single star, you deserve NONE!!!!

In October 2017 a semi-trailer truck rear ended my Ford Fusion Energi and it was totaled. I liked the car so I decided to replace it with another Ford Fusion Energi. I couldn’t find one that was exactly the color and had the packages I wanted, but after contacting several dealerships Helfman Ford said they would order one for me. I was told it would take 8 weeks and it would certainly be available before the end of the year. Since my car had been totaled, I did not have a car but I though getting by for 8 weeks would only be somewhat inconvenient. I put down $2000 for them to order the car. The 8 weeks pass and I call to check on the status of the car. I am told the salesman is no longer working for them and they would look into the order and call me back. When they called me back they said it would be 2 more weeks before it was available. I asked this salesman if it would actually be 2 weeks or 2 months. He told me 2 weeks was probably too short and 2 months was probably too long and that the previous salesman had “overpromised”. I am told they will call me to keep me up to date on what is happening. Two weeks pass and no calls. Another week passes and I decide to call. The salesman tells me he will look into it and call me back in 10 minutes. Two hours pass and the he finally calls. I am told they don’t know what happened and it did not look like the car would be available at all. They do offer to refund my $2000, but I have been waiting 11 weeks, without a car, and I am told they do not know what happened. That is pretty much the definition of incompetence. Also, if I had not called them after 3 weeks I highly suspect I would still be waiting on their call.

I had a warranty issue with my ford truck. The truck was purchased at another dealer. They had to submit some info to Ford Motor company for review. I waited over 2 months calling them every couple of weeks. Finally found out the service manager was lying the whole time and did not want to help. Now is out of warranty and Ford says too bad for me now. Don`t get screwed over like I did.

I am a first time buyer so I was a little unprepared for the car buying experience. Thank goodness for the honest and patient sales people at Alexander Ford. They explained everything so thoroughly and really made me feel confident in my purchase. Also, I will happily be letting Alexander Ford perform the service work on my car as well. I was taken to the shop and got to meet the service techs and was impressed with their professionalism.

I dont usually do reviews, but after visiting and buying a vehicle today, I have to say that this was the best car dealer i have ever dealt with. I was fortunate to work directly with Mr Brown, who was a staright shooter. He was fair and honest. It was a simple, low stress purchase. Everyone was very nice and helpful! Very sleazy sales techniques. I was quoted a competitive price on the car, but when it came to paying, they purposely did not show me any listing of the charges and just told the me the final out the door price, which, stupidly, I paid. When I looked more carefully, I had been charged almost $200 dollars for a book of service coupons and another almost $200 for adding extra security numbers engraved on the vehicle. No one had ever told me to my face during the sales process that I was being charged for these items. I still get burned about it. Bottom line -- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They will never see another penny of my money.

Last week I contacted Addison at Sames about needing to find a reliable new vehicle. I had a specialty car that I just could not get used to. On my way to see them I stopped at a few dealerships (who wouldn't) and was treated like I couldn't afford anything on their lot that I was interested in as well as being offered trade values WAYYYYYYYY below book. When I arrived at Sames Addison greeted me personally even though he does web sales and development. Introduced me to a sales person and explained my interests. By the time I was done picking out the vehicle I wanted the staff had already had my trade values set and started working on putting a deal together for me. I explained I had my own financing and THEY ACTUALLY RESPECTED IT and still treated me like a good customer (rare for most lots because they think they wasted their time on a tire kicker). My sales person Brandon followed up with me with the information I requested for my bank and stayed in constant contact when I needed assistance. I ended up buying a very nice new 2016 F 250 lariat ultimate package for a great deal less than I would've anywhere else. They made sure my experience was smooth, seamless and professional. I will buy from Sames Ford again. The entire staff is great and I had assistance from the porter to the GM thank you all!! I love my new truck!

Purchased a 2012 Shelby GT500. Paid full sticker price. Upon delivery, vehicle had a nick in the console and discoloration in the bezel around the navigation screen. Ford denied warranty service to correct these problems. Dealer failed to convince Ford that the problems were due to manufacturing defects.
In contrast, my other new car experiences were significantly better: 2001 Acura MDX (purchased from Sterling McCall), 1999 Mercedes Benz E320 (purchased from Star Motors), and 2011 BMW 328 (purchased from Momentive). Both Sterling McCall and Star Motors corrected manufacturing defects withough argument and without cost to me.
For the time being, I do not plan to return to Tommie Vaughn, and am not likely to make another Ford purchase.
