Bottom line about buying a car to me is what it is all about once you have decided on the equipment of the model you want. No games, just some back and forth, give and take but in the end a deal I could live with – incidentally the same deal I had indicated going in that would be the only one acceptable to me.
Loved their sales price, dealer discounts and the rebates! No name calling, no long waits, still lots of paperwork, but I have to say, they really want to sell you a car!

Terrible Service Center - ericashyundai
Took my car into the service center of the dealership, which happens to be where i purchased this car and have never taken anywhere else for service. Upon the return of my car after a routine oil change Friday April 21, i had scuff marks on the drivers side and paint damage to my passenger side. I called two advisors over to report the damage and both gave me shoulder shrugs as though nothing was wrong. I stated this was not there when i brought the vehicle in and was asked what did I want to do. I stated I had a funeral I needed to be at so a rental would be sufficient. I was told they could not arrange that. So i asked for a loaner, i was not offered a loaner, I asked for it. Eddie stated he doesnt have any available. So again I offer a solution to the trouble THEY have caused me and state so call me when it is available to remedy this issue. He begrudgingly agrees and scribbles on my oil change statement and sends me on my way. I called Eddie later that day as well as the dealership manager Michael Ackels and left a message requesting a call back from the general manager. Eddie called me back stating the manager told him to call me. Not once has this illusive manager called back. Within 24 hours or so my car is ready and upon its return, not only is it, dirty, it wreaks of body odor, but the gas tank is on empty. Eddie hands me my keys and asks "is that it?" No apology no remorse, and one scuff mark is still left on my car. I will do everything I can to avoid returning to this dealership and will never recommend them.

After 2 weeks of doing the dreadful car search at several different "big" dealerships and even going to some recommended salesman to get a "great deal" I finally walked into the doors of this Drive Time. 20 mins after walking in I was already looking at a few car's to pick from. One in which is currently sitting in my driveway. I had the pleasure to work with Ryan who worked with me step by step. Who was very kind the entire time and especially went beyond expectations to meet my needs, that got me into a car that day.
