Don't ever buy a used car from them - One mad customer
Just want to say that don't ever buy a used vehicle from them without the extended warranty. I bought a used car like 2 and a half months ago and thank God I added the extended warranty. The vehicle is at a shop right now after been taken there several times because the steering column was making a weird noise. What they said it was there is not wrong with it we couldn't find anything. I ain't no mechanic but when your steering wheel vibrates when you hit a pothole it got to be something wrong. Well I took it to 2 different mechanics which one of them is the guys from the extended warranty and they said the column was bad plus 2 more things that add up to 5k . I just want to say stay away from them and I will never go to that dealership again. Thanks for selling a car who they supposedly did a inspection and who I paid 12k for it then not even 1500 miles down the road it has to be get fixed for 5k more and cavender just said thanks for your service.

I’ve call multiple times some with three different guys and never got confirmation that the truck I wanted to look at was on the lot. I live in Austin so it’s a little bit of a drive just to see if they have what’ve been looking for.

If I could give this dealership and product a zero star rating I would. I have a 2017 GMC Sierra with 20k miles and have owned it for less than 8 months. This truck has been in the shop almost 8 times with transmission issues. If you go online and Google problems with 2017 gmc transmission shudder you will see that there is a huge problem with the new trucks. GMC DOES NOT HAVE A SOLUTION! Cavender knows the product is faulty and still sells the trucks! Please please please dont spend your hard earned money on junk! Go somewhere else and with a different product. Cavender can careless.

My 2009 Cadillac DTS broke down by chuck nash I had my car towed to chuck Nash for service they informed me they could not look at it that day but would look at it tomorrow. 95.00 fee for opening the hood. I had to get a rental car and that was another disaster since I live 6 hours away and had to get back home for a real estate closing the next morning. When I got the quote the next day for the repair I was told 780,00 for the transmission hose and fitting. Since I had recently just had the same repair to another Cadillac I own and paid 166 for it I decided to have the car towed back home and have it fixed locally. I paid the 95 fee and had the car towed back and fixed with my local mechanic for 140 since the only thing wrong was a. Clip had come off and just needed to be replaced along with the transmission fluid. Seems to me that chuck Nash was ripping me off and I just wanted other people to know before they get sucked into this. They took advantage of my situation since I was broke down and far from home thought I would just pay their ridiculous fee to repair my car

Our battery went bad while in town shopping we drove to the dealership and was immediately greeted and waited on. The wait time was short and they also serviced our car while it was there. Shaun Adams was very nice, friendly and helpful, we will definetly be taking our car back when needed. Service Department was exceptional!
