While on test drive I told sales prtson the car was almost on empty, I was told they would ensure at leadt 5 gallons would be pit in the tank. Isales person was with another customer before finishing up with me. The car ran out of gas onmy way home. I was told an oul change ind inspection of the car came with the auto buttler service, it does not. Now I’m being told the can only perform this service during normal working hours, so now I have to take time off from work to get this service done. I guess you guys will tell a customer anything to make a sale

Never buy a Rogue SV and add Leather seats at Sames Ford Kingsville. Afternoon 7 months it starts break down. The car bumps keeps bopping out and car doors don’t open. The control panel turns black and don’t work. So I took it in for service and it took them 2 1/2 weeks to fix it and they also scratch my bumper. I’m not happy. After all this I don’t think I was asking for the world so I asked to get another car same make and model and same price and monthly. Well Marco said they could do that. I don’t think it’s was my fault that the car I got was a lemon , I guess Sames Ford in Kingsvillle are now selling lemons.

Took vehicle in for new transmission ($5000) and the vehicle came out with a totally new problem. The strut was damaged and popping real bad. I took it back and they blamed an old dent on oil pan, which made no since. They refused to take any blame for it even though they know ot wasn't a problem before. So i am out another $500 after buying 2 cars from them in the last 4 years and a $5000 transmission job. Needless to say I'm never going back!

I live in Michigan I bought a truck off the web going by the owners word what you Michigan your word is all you got apparently in Texas a man's word means nothing I bought a truck for $38,000 got it to Michigan there's no front drive shaft in it so it's not a four-wheel drive truck that they advertised cost me $600 for a drive shaft then in 2500 miles I've had to put almost $13,000 into it and they will not do nothing for me they took my money and run I bought the truck off the internet and when you do that you have nothing but the businesses word to go by and their word means nothing

Do NOT do business with this dealership!! This dealership has be the most unprofessional, unethical, shady place in the valley. First of all, the salesmen are uneducated and incompetent. The finance department is crooked and lie to financing banks about household income and employment to get customers approved, no matter how poor their credit score is, or how high the customers interest rate will end up at, at the end of the deal. To make a long story short, my elderly parents went by the dealership as many of our parents do, to "window shop" knowing that they probably should not and could not qualify for a auto loan due to credit and being on a fixed income. The salesman lured them in, along with the finance manager.... ran their credit, got them into a large, used, overpriced vehicle approval with an 18% interest rate. They were going to end up paying double what the vehicle sale price was at the of the 6yr. agreement. We took the vehicle back, cancelled the contract with the bank, and just to have the fiance manager try to persuade my parents into another over priced vehicle. When they refused to take any vehicle from that dealership, he pretty much insinuated that my parents only got approved the first time because he had a "good relationship" with the bank that approved them?? What was funny, was that my mother later showed me a paper where the finance manager himself, wrote false income on a paper, and ask her to tell the bank that that was her income when they would contact her via phone, although it was not. This is elderly exploitation! There are many other ethical and honest places to buy from, DO NOT GO TO ED PAYNE, you will regret it!!!

i went today to go look around for a cars and these two men where very nice funny and friendly they gave me information i needed but they also gave me my space when walking around. they pointed me to some cars they thought i would like from what i told them which made me realize they were listenning to what i was looking for instead of try to push me to something they could make better comission off of. this dealership was the second of four i visited today and i will be going back to purchase a car from them.

fixed it turned out that it was a broken motor mount i had them repair it! when i went to pay the bill the told me it would have to be ether cash cheque or credit card
i in form them that i had an extend warranty plan through dodge and that they could
send the bill in to dodge and i would pay the 100.00 deductible they said that no i would have to pay in full around 950.00 before they would give my car back too me!
i had no recorse but to pay the full amount! and just the other day july 18th 09 i had to replace my car battery on the pt cruser and discovered that they had failed to
reinstall the shift gear gromit and air intake gromit so i will never go back to them
for work on my cars and i wont recamend them eather!
