Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Rany Banton, my salesperson, went out of his way to show me every vehicle I was interested in, and to answer any and all questions. He worked to get me the best deal available, and never used high pressure sales tactics. Matt in the Finance Dept. was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I was definitely very impressed with the dealership!

Took van in for repairs, completed repairs but broke windshield, replaced windshield scratched dash up and left greasy fingerprints all over headliner, cleaned fingerprints but left large round stains in the areas where the fingerprints were. Nolan Casares at the service desk was great ( absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this guy, he was totally professional and polite ) took the van to have it detailed again right away. Once the van was done being detailed the service manager and myself walked out to inspect the car... some of the round stains were gone but two were still there, service manager David Quinn said they were just supposed to clean the fingerprints and implied I had put them there stating no chemicals they use leave stains and was really passive aggressive and honestly just an xxx, took the car to have it detailed AGAIN, came back and stated they were water stains and they got them out. Funny their chemicals don’t stain but water does right? As we were walking to the van he then stated” I noticed you have a sunroof too” implying the water was from the sunroof leaking I guess. Took absolutely no accountability for the stains or anything at all and never once apologized for anything. We had to take the van back 3 times for issues that were totally their fault and the service manager was still a complete jerk. I will never return to this dealership for any reason....if my truck blew up in their driveway I’d walk to town rather than even ask to use the phone at this place.

I have spoken back and forth with Luis Tirado for a few weeks now and have been hung up on twice. I would highly recommend that you shop else where. Staff is highly lazy. I requested information on 2019 Ram 2500 Crew Cab 4x4 Diesels in white. I was told that i should go to the website and find the trucks my self and then send them the stock numbers so they could then look them up and give me the same pricing that is online. I then made an offer, salesman refused to take it for approval or denial from manager/management. I then said "ok" at which time the salesman hung up on the phone.

Recently purchased a new 2020 Ram and was intentionally lied ro about the Kahu security service being mandatory. Iqas charged $1700+ for a service that the Uconnect radio already does.I contacted Ram support and Kahu and both informed me that the Kahu device is added by the dealership and could be removed since it is an optional accessory not a mandatory service. The sad thing is I informed the sales person I planned on buying my wife a new Jeep and I had a brother and best friend looking to purchase trucks, but I guess scamming a customer out of $1700 was more imporant then building customer loyalty and referrals.

I can't write a good enough review about this place. This is my 3rd vehicle in 5yrs from them and each experience has been spectacular. Brian Thomas is a fantastic guy and Jeff Maxwell knows how to Manage a dealership. Both men are top notch, and I couldn't have asked for better service.I ordered a challenger scat pack from them and it was delivered and ready in under month. Every step of the way they kept me updated and made the entire process seamless. I've even shopped around and other dealer ships (stay far away from Maik Haik) and have had very negative experiences with sleazy liars. Jeff and Brian are a breath of fresh air to the car buying experience and I appreciate men of such high caliber. #customer4life
