Seriously, this was the most amazing car buying experience I've ever had! Quintin went above and beyond to make this happen for my husband and I. Also, if it wasn't for Russell on the phone with Toyota making the truck fit in our budget, none of this would have been possible. To top it all off, Quintin drove the new truck 6 hours round trip for me!! Just a testament to how moved I was by this great experience; I wrote a thank you card to Quintin, which I never done for a car salesman, lol. But he deserves that and so much more! We came in for a used car, and found two new ones. From start to finish Ricky (Enrique) was extremely flexible, accommodating and responsive. Even when we would run into obstacles such as delays in delivery, he was there to update and let us know what was going on. He worked extremely hard to get to where we asked to in terms of price and it led us to leave with two cars, instead of one. Ricky is someone I would 10/10 send my friends to and visit again for future car needs.
Ken was great to talk finance with. He got us in and out fast and never pressured us to spend more on anything we did not feel relevant.

Worst Service Center - Amanda
I have been a part of the Mercedes family since 2013 and moved to Austin in May of 2019. I will never drive a Mercedes again after the experience at the Mercedes Benz of Austin I am detailing below.
On or about July 23, 2019, I went to the Mercedes Benz of Austin facility for an alignment repair. After two days, I returned to pick up the Vehicle and subsequently noticed that the alignment of the Vehicle was off.
Over the course of four months, I continued to experience problems with the alignment, having submitted my vehicle to the service center on eight (8) separate occasions. MBA purportedly made repairs to the steering column, the front axle, brake pads, and disc pads. Yet, the alignment issues persisted.
At this point, MBA gave up repairing the leased Vehicle and attempted to ensure me that nothing was wrong with the Vehicle. For instance, on or about October 7, 2019, James Tillman, MBA’s service manager, was supposed to inspect the Vehicle’s alignment and inspect the Vehicle so that a state inspection sticker could issue. Instead of taking my concerns about the alignment seriously, he condescendingly berated me and caused me to cry. My service manager Brandon Taylor apologized on his behalf stating that is just how he is. Ultimately, the inspection could not be completed because MBA did not have the specific equipment set up for her vehicle to complete the inspection.
On or about November 26, 2019, after I persistently requested the completion of my Vehicle’s inspection, MBA finally agreed to complete the inspection. In conformance with its previous behavior, MBA persisted that there were no issues with the Vehicle, allowing the inspection sticker to issue. The alignment issue remained.
Approximately one month later, while driving the Vehicle, I experienced a tire blow out, almost causing an accident. Due to the alignment issue, my front passenger-side tire wore out and lost all integrity, causing it to explode and almost causing an accident. The alignment issue led to extreme wear to one side of the tires. Eventually, this led to the blowout of my tire. To date, within less than one (1) year, six (6) tires have been replaced and are wearing at a 10X faster rate based on the analysis from Discount Tire. To date my car was in their shop for approximately 41 days within a 4 month period and was never corrected.
The dealership, although contacted by my attorney, is failing and refusing to deal with this matter, continuing to put my life and other people's life on the roadway at risk. I would never trust this service department to work on a vehicle. I hope Mercedes Benz Corporate will take this matter seriously, unlike the owner of Mercedes Benz of Austin, Bryan Hardeman.

This was our first experience with Land Rover and this location (as it is only a couple of months new) and the team there exceeded expectations on every level. We ended up purchasing a (very low miles) pre-owned Range Rover Sport from Barry Davis.
Barry is the consummate professional - extremely knowledgeable and low pressure. He guided my wife and me through the process smoothly and post purchase where we had some customized wheels as part of our deal which took a couple of days to complete.
I highly recommend Park Place Land Rover Jaguar North Austin and especially Barry. Ask him about his vast knowledge of 70s rock and roll and those Detroit concert venues; he'll impress.
