My wife and I recently purchased for her a new 2019 Ford Escape from All Star Family Ford. We could not have been happier. Our salesman, Chase Rannals, made every effort to satisfy our needs. He, along with the manager, Roger Akers, could not have been more professional, friendly, or courteous. The business manager, Rick Cantu, made the ugly process of signing papers go very smoothly. We were so impressed with everyone, especially Chase, that my wife and I returned a week later and bought me a new Ford F 150 pickup. It actually took me a few months to figure out the vehicle that I wanted and to get everything together. I worked with the same sales person who was very understanding and went along with all of my detours. He helped me find a truck that I am very happy with that I probably would not have picked out to start with. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there wasn't much selection at the time that I visited in used trucks. It was the best experience I have had with buying a vehicle.

Extra poor service!!! - mad ex customer

Have had an ongoing electrical/computer problem with 2012 F150 I bought from messer new. Entire electrical system shuts TOTALLY down!! Started 5-6 months back. Vehicle had to be drug out of garage 3 times as nothing works with out power. Was able to get it started once to get it to them. fourth time took it in 29 Oct 2018 & finally got disgusted with them, picked it up 21 Dec 18. Service mgr can only give LAME excuses like "Quote" We can't find out what the problem is. He's a paragon of lame statement's!!!! Never would agree to notifying the factory for guidance with this. Needless to say, I'll NEVER go back to messer for any reason!!!!!! Moving my vehicle's to another dealer. Think I was patient to a big degree but, after 4 times of the brush off, Fresh outta patience! Neil Purcell. Not the advisors, ser mgr is the pits!!!!!!!!! Give a minus 5 stars!

Mike and Colt were very patient with me, because I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted! I never felt rushed or pressured in any way....a lot of dealerships have, what I call "shopper stalkers", and that was not the case here! Thank you very much for such a positive experience! I dealt primarily with Joel on the phone. When we came to some sort of terms I was passed to Dennis who was supposed to finalize the deal. I was told that I qualified for a $750 incentive as a veteran, however, when I came in to sign the paperwork and pick up the vehicle Ron initially forgot - then only gave me a $500 incentive. Did he pocket the $250???? Ron was all "car dealer" smoozy and talkative. He never gave me any paperwork at the time of purchase - promising to Fedex the paperwork the next day. That was on the 9th of July. I called last week and Ron told me that he forgot and he would make a copy and send it out that day. Today is the 28th of July, and I still have not received the paperwork from the purchase of my vehicle. I called and asked that Steve the general manager contact me - he never followed up. I had to call him back. I have not reached him yet - so I do not know what their resolution will be - if any............ If you are an out of town buyer - beware! Their commitment is to their $$ pocket book $$ and not to the customer. Added 13 Aug 2015: Steve made amends. Errors were made on the dealers part of this deal. Fenton Ford mailed me a check for $250 that they failed to give me credit for initilally. Joel did a great job during the entire transaction. Despite a very strong dislike for surveys - I filled one out for FOMOCO also. It was also negative. I believe that Steve and the employees @ Fenton Ford will make a better effort in the future. My initial review stands because in the customer service business usually the first impression is the lasting one.
