My husband and I would highly recommend Smith South Plains for purchasing a vehicle and getting is serviced! My Escape needed a new part and Mr. Campbell was very thorough in exaplining what the issue was and how much it would cost. The part had to be ordered and was done so in a timely manner. Also, I was kept informed the entire process. Furthermore, my husband needed a used vehicle with decent mileage and a few other necessities (4x4, white, & cloth interior.) Mr. Sykora was quick, professional and efficient in guiding us to the right pickup. The truck met all our needs and the deal was done in a matter of days. We will use them in the future!

It actually took me a few months to figure out the vehicle that I wanted and to get everything together. I worked with the same sales person who was very understanding and went along with all of my detours. He helped me find a truck that I am very happy with that I probably would not have picked out to start with. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there wasn't much selection at the time that I visited in used trucks. It was the best experience I have had with buying a vehicle.

Mike and Colt were very patient with me, because I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted! I never felt rushed or pressured in any way....a lot of dealerships have, what I call "shopper stalkers", and that was not the case here! Thank you very much for such a positive experience! I will definitely tell everyone I know to go see these guys FIRST!

I purchased new 2018 F150 Powerstroke pickup from them, great selection/price, Rick M. salesman and all the sales/finance crew I dealt with were awesome. HOWEVER, truck had 3 recalls and could not be sold until recalls performed. Service Department mechanic took my brand-new complete truck and returned it to me disassembled and unsafe. All the wiring harnesses were left loose rubbing on steering shaft/engine, clips to hold the wires were all broken, 4 bolts holding the coolant pipes to brackets were missing, 2 metal engine fuel line brackets were missing (thrown away apparently). While they offered to repair it again, I respectfully declined. Their Parts Department (awesome too) was able to get me new fuel line brackets and I purchased new bolts/nuts/zip-ties from Tractor Supply. This is not all they left unfinished, but to keep it short you get my point. Doing the repairs myself (to their repairs) has taken me a month to finish the job right, waiting on parts etc... All of this is documented in correspondence as well as pictures. Great Sales Department staff, best ever, but beyond bad Service Department. Mechanic can take credit for this review, all on him. If you buy from them, make sure there are no repairs needed before purchasing, if there are, walk away.

You work in odessa live in Seminole so you you shop around right well that’s what I did and always do so brownfeild was the best deal again my family’s bought there before three new trucks! So anyway to the point dealing over the phone with a sales rep shows picture of the truck like the truck like the price get approved show up to finalize the deal only to find out the sales rep isn’t there deal with another rep show them pics and price , manger comes in and says sir we cannot honor what we have sent pics and price and the biggest bull crap about is the manger won’t answer the phone or call back ! Need less to say never going there again!!!
Service dept. Sucks - Frustrated
Brought in 2011 ford fusion for airbag recall, when I picked up the vehicle. A/C and heater not working, bring car back to svc dept. No hot air for heater and air only works from defrost mode...very frustrating. When asked what the problem was with no a/c od heater, was told something came disconnected....very informative......very frustrated! Just got the fusion back....again, the technicia named Bryan explained the problem as folliws.."I guess the car just got mad, cause when I plugged the controls back in, it was working...i guess the car got mad"....really, I asked how does a car get mad...he utters I dont know, cause it was working, it's ok now.....if you bring your vehicle to pollard good luck with these unprofessional idiots.
