Normally very few things happen quickly at a Service Dept at any dealership. However, Fulenwider Clyde service is different. Upon my arrival at the service line I was greeted very quickly by a very knowledgeable and cordial service writer Glenn. He was holding a handheld device which told him prior maintenance history on my 29,000 mile Ram 1500. I told him I was needing the oil/filter change and tire rotation. He did not try to up sell any additional items...he just took care of me and my truck. I have dealt with service writer Rick Ann with very similar results. Very smooth process and transaction. My truck was in and out quickly no worries or hassles.

I had a recall on my pickup. Went in on a Thursday, the Service specialist was courteous and professional. Got me in for service on Friday. When I brought my truck in he told me that he thought they would have it all day. Called me at 12:30 and said I was done. I had heard bad things about the service department, but my experience was pleasurable and I would use them again.

Took my car to get it fixed was only supposed to be there a week &in that week they never called me .I was the one making the phone calls to them. LUNETTA is the service manage. The most unprofessional person I have ever met very rude & a liar. After car had been there a month finally get the call that the car was ready after numerous calls pressuring them that I needed the car back. An hour after driving the car the car is doing the same thing that it was doing when we put it in the shop. Lunetta try to rip me off and also called me a liar I had to call her boss let him know the situation and got the car back in the shop.He knew she did wrong because they offered me my money back. I asked that I did not talk to Loretta anymore so I dealt with somebody else he apologized for Loretta behavior and for calling me a liar.The only liar in this situation was Loretta and I don't know how she's the service manager.😠😵😳SO NO NEVER AGAIN
