was stuck vehicle broke down, was only dealership for miles, replaced motor in car extremely low quality work... no attention to detail, missing parts missing fasteners, leaks, and to top it off expensive

I was traveling to Austin, and my 2007 Saturn ion, had failed to shift into high gear. After they had looked at it, I was told it would cost 500.00 to 600.00. When to pick it up, over 900.00. The had my cell, should have called me, if it was going to be more than I was quoted. Was told it would have cost no more than 500.00 at the chev. Dealership in Plainview.
Terrible service dept - Unhappy Cadillac owner
I have been to the service department 4 times since I bought a brand new 2015 Cadillac SRX.
First, they didn't re-set my oil monitor after changing the oil, so I had to take off work a second time for an oil change.
Now, after equipment failure in the electrical system, I have been without my car for 5 days, and they can't tell when it will be ready. Yes. A brand new Cadillac with less than 4,000 miles. Instead of being embarrassed to have this happen on a new car, they are rude and act like they are doing you a favor. In fact, one lady told me maybe I should buy a different brand if I wasn't satisfied.
Also, good luck getting through to them on the phone. If they answer, they put you on hold for 10 minutes.
Go somewhere else to buy a car..
