I took my 2018 Sierra 2500 in for standard oil, tire rotation, etc. service on 4/13/21. Was told by Paul it would take about an hour an a half..(fine) After around an hour, he said I was ready to go didn't need a tire rotation due to low tread..(fine) Paid my bill and left but about a mile down the road, i decided to go through the GMC diagnostic to make sure all was good. The first thing I came to was gas filter was at 0%. Turned around and Paul said that they missed it because it probably JUST POPPED ON (BS) I informed him that was BS and he knew it. Someone didn't do their job and he was trying to blow smoke up (MY A.) to cover for it. I had to wait another hour and charged an additional $155.71 and was pissed! Probably wouldn't have been as bad if he hadn't tried to BS me and the fact that I'd previously had to return multiple times for them to address the engine block recall. Good customer service means be honest with the customers! I may not like what you say but at least I feel like I can trust you!
