I bought a truck for my Daughter sight unseen from Kelley... - Florida
I bought a truck for my Daughter sight unseen from Kelley off the Internet. He went above and beyond as a salesman for me. It was exactly what he described to me on the phone. Interstate Ford where great to work with and I’d highly recommend them if you’re looking for a vehicle in the Denver area. Thanks again to Kelly and the rest at Interstate Ford.

I saw a used Land Rover on their site and had a Ford F150... - LRDisco19
I saw a used Land Rover on their site and had a Ford F150 I was looking to trade. I called and ended up speaking with Caya Bahr who checked on some info on the vehicle and worked with me to get a good trade value on my truck. We made a verbal agreement on the phone for trade value plus additional cash. She told me the windshield on the Land Rover was cracked but they would have it taken care of for me.
I drove down from WY and in a couple of hours left in the Land Rover with everything agreed to as expected. They are going to contact me on the windshield in the next couple of weeks I imagine.
All in all Caya was great and Spradley Barr honored their word. I had a terrible experience with a dealership (Land Rover Alexandria) in DC prior to this and was relieved at how seemless this was.
I definitely recommend Spradley Barr and working with Caya Bahr as well. Thanks!

Sill-TerHar -- A Stellar Dealership - earthypoet
I've leased two Mazdas with Sill-TerHar Motors and I will continue to be their loyal customer. They have gone above and beyond to make leasing convenient and efficient. I’ve dealt with many dealerships over the years and I’ve only felt like I got a good deal when doing business with Sill-TerHar.
I was especially impressed with how they handled things during the COVID-19 stay-at-home order. Tom Perales brought everything to my home, including three different cars to test drive for a full 24 hours each and all the paperwork. He even came back the next day to collect my old car and was very respectful and conscientious about social distancing.
The sales team—and they really are a team—demonstrated collaboration and cooperation rather than competition with one another. I admire that. When Tom wasn’t available, Shane took my call and when Shane was off the clock, Troy returned my call. If they didn’t know the answer to a question, they promptly found out.
I've also had stellar experiences with the Sill-TerHar service department. They perform high-quality maintenance and repairs with the best customer service. They provided me with a fully loaded loaner car for a few days last summer as we waited for a special part to come in, and kept me informed every step of the way.
Yet another reason I will continue to be a Sill-TerHar repeat customer is their commitment to building authentic relationships with their colleagues as well as their customers. Each individual I have worked with—from the receptionist to the sales team, to the service manager and technicians, all the way up to the finance managers—has treated me like a VIP.
I’m grateful that there is at least one auto dealership in the area that operates from a place of integrity and authenticity. The people at Sill-TerHar Mazda not only support each other and their customers, but they serve and inspire the community with their spirit of solidarity, which can only make us stronger.

Lies to sell a car - westjames45
Worked through Jessica McDaniels on a Prius sale...I did some due diligence on the car based on information provided on the carfax. I called Boulder Hybrid, who had done the latest work on the vehicle, and they said "stay away from this vehicle!" The dealership that Longmont Ford purchased this vehicle from had a "stop-gap" hybrid battery installed by Boulder Hybrid. BH told me the old battery was shot and they wanted the cheapest fix possible to get it down the road. I brought this up with Jessica and she said I was wrong, that it's a "new battery." She told me to talk to Paul at Boulder Hybrids, she's done lots of business with him. Surprise!!! I told her that's exactly who I spoke with!
I requested Longmont Ford to include in their advertising that the hybrid battery, according to Boulder Hybrid's, "won't last long" and the new owner is going to have a big $$ bill soon! She refused to do this.
I contacted Pat Grooms via email to tell him about it and share my email communication with Jessica and this car needs to be fixed, taken off the lot, or disclosed in advertising. Pat never replied. I then sent a second email to Pat, and again, he didn't respond.
Stay away from Longmont Ford, you'll kick yourself down the road.
Good people to deal with - John P
I bought a new Ford Ranger from here a few months back. They were easy to deal with, offered a fair no nonsense price, and delivered the vehicle exactly as I wanted it. I've been taking my Ford vehicles here for repair and service for 25 years. I believe I've been treated fairly over the years by the service staff and the mechanics. No serious problems what so ever,

Worst Service Ever - HD
Bringing my car to Brighton Ford was the worst service experience I've had. The service department doesn't answer the phone. I was transferred there numerous times by the receptionist only to be sent to voicemail or right back to the receptionist. They don't respond to messages. I sent text messages and voice messages. After waiting hours I had to initiate calls again to see when my vehicle would be ready after they had it nearly 2 days. They don't communicate with each other so nobody really knows what is going on. I waited 30 minutes for the courtesy shuttle to take me home when I dropped my vehicle off. When I inquired about this I was told "I thought he already dropped you off". The driver had been standing in the service bay right in front of the service desk the entire time! When I called to see when my vehicle would be ready (since they didn't bother to update me) they kept transferring me to Kelly who was my service adviser, but Kelly had gone home early. When I finally got someone who knew she had left I was told "Maybe another Service adviser is covering her today." Maybe?? Does anyone know what is going on there? Obviously not! Take your car somewhere else for service. This was terrible.
