I have been purchasing my Toyotas through Pam Dech through my Toyota salesman and friend in Denver Bob Feller. Bob did all the dealings through Pam for me and I was NEVER unhappy with ANY purchases I made through her or your dealership as she always ordered exactly what I wanted. Bob retired last year and now I'm on my own and plan again to deal with Pam myself. Look out Pam I'm looking at the 2020 Highlander Platinum, so as soon as the colors come out I will be bugging you.

Worst Experience Ever - "TrickedConsumer"
Do not EVER buy a vehicle from this dealership or Pikes Peak Acura. My husband went there yesterday to purchase a vehicle. He was shown a truck and the price was too high. He was told that they could work something out. Apparently, the company does not have their own financing so the truck was driven down to Pikes Peak Acura for financing. When I got to Pikes Peak Acura, I reviewed the paperwork and asked the Finance manager at Pikes Peak Acura - is the vehicle a 2016 and he replied yes (twice). We signed the paperwork, were handed the keys, and sent on our way.
I received a phone call from Randy the sales manager stating they sold us the wrong vehicle. We were sold a Blue 2015 Ford F-150 and we were supposed to get a 2016 White Ford F-150. The 2016 Ford has 30k more miles on it, did not have 4 doors and it wasn't something we would have chosen. However, even though we had never seen that vehicle, that is the vehicle we apparently purchased. We were then told that we do not own the 2015 Ford and we are to return it and either take the vehicle they tricked us into buying or leave with nothing. They did say that if we wanted to keep the 2015 Ford F-150 that it would be about 6k more on the asking price.
This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I will never do business with this company again or Pikes Peak Acura. I have sent our experience to the dealer board of Colorado and I encourage anyone else that has experienced a similar visit with this dealership to do the same.

After a horrible experience with phil Long, I went to CarMax. They found me a car, paying careful attention to my criteria and concerns. Cheyenne was my sales person and she got me financed right away. They did NOT CLOSE on the loan at any time during their own exchange period and have an unprescedented warranty which they honor. Once the 5 day period passed and I had no complaints, my loan closed and that was it. Their service department is great too! Had my oil change done pretty quickly and a small issue was found. They informed ME I had a warranty and to use it. So I did!!!!! Anyway, They didn't try to push a car I didn't want and went above and beyond my expectations. I was impressed and will always recommend them so long as they continue their excellent service. And I have not had any major things going on with my vehicle. It's awesome!
