gently used jeep wrangler I've been searching for. Over the course of a day they answered all my questions, held the vehicle for me and by the time I showed up after many text, phone and email exchanges I drove off in my perfect vehicle. They were a great team to work with. My only issues were one bit of misinformation in the listing but they did work with me to try to resolve. Robert, sales, was awesome and Paul, finance, was super helpful and informative!

My wife found this dealership on Truecar.com. we had to replace our BMW that somebody totalled for us by being on his cell phone. We drove 75 miles from conifer to see the car. We were nervous because of the experiences we had had at other dealers. We worked with Matt as our salesperson, and I cannot say enough good things about him. Not only did he have all of the answers to all of my questions (and I had many, as I researched the vehicle and am a pretty picky guy). He worked worked with us on our budget and many other small, yet significant things. He even offered to deliver the car to our home after he took it upon himself to set up an apointment at a dealer to get the recall airbag replaced. Then there was Marie, the manager. Wow! She listened to our concerns about the car and pricing and budgets, and we were able to reach a happy middle ground that was fair to each of us. Then to top it al off, like a cherry on the cake, the owner offered to have the carpet in the vehicle re-colored AT HIS COST!!! Would highly recommend these folks to anyone who is looking for a great vehicle at a great price, with customer service that I have not experienced for many many years.

My wife and I have purchased three vehicles here and all three through the same salesman. So much so, that when we bought my wife's Avalon, I just called him and told him what she was looking for. He arranged our test drive and my wife was thrilled! Doug Smith is a straight shooter and has repeatedly earned and held my trust. I enjoy visiting with him every time I'm at the dealership having our vehicles serviced.
Speaking of service, Gary Haines is the right person to see. Always on top of things. He's been my only service rep for nine years now. And the technicians on his service team are outstanding. My older 2001 Camry with 334,000+ miles on it just got a tune up and purrs like a kitten again. Thank you!

As far as customer service goes, this place is outstanding. We were greeted by employees as soon as we pulled up and started walking around. Granted: when we first showed up we didn't have the intention of signing for a vehicle that day. We ended up leaving the dealership later that same day with the vehicle that we sought out on the website, and would help us out tremendously! Given the typical dealership 'paperwork' experience, there was a lot going on in the background that made us nervous, because it was time consuming, and at the end of the day, we still feel as though we could have gotten a slightly better deal, but we can't complain too much, because again, we have a vehicle which will make our lives easier.

Extremely low pressure environment. Salesmen work on salary so they are not pressuring you to buy a vehicle. Extremely accommodating, we pulled up, went in and Anthony walked us out to the golf cart and we toured the lot. He didn't have what we were looking for at the time but within 24 hours found what we wanted and had it delivered to their lot.
It took us about an hour from start to finish on signing for the vehicle, yes only one hour! Free car washes for life! 95% of the sale was done on IPad with only a few documents with the finance department. After market warranty was purchased and it was customizable.
We will buy all of our vehicles here in the future. Anthony was a rock star!

Worst Experience Ever - "TrickedConsumer"
Do not EVER buy a vehicle from this dealership or Pikes Peak Acura. My husband went there yesterday to purchase a vehicle. He was shown a truck and the price was too high. He was told that they could work something out. Apparently, the company does not have their own financing so the truck was driven down to Pikes Peak Acura for financing. When I got to Pikes Peak Acura, I reviewed the paperwork and asked the Finance manager at Pikes Peak Acura - is the vehicle a 2016 and he replied yes (twice). We signed the paperwork, were handed the keys, and sent on our way.
I received a phone call from Randy the sales manager stating they sold us the wrong vehicle. We were sold a Blue 2015 Ford F-150 and we were supposed to get a 2016 White Ford F-150. The 2016 Ford has 30k more miles on it, did not have 4 doors and it wasn't something we would have chosen. However, even though we had never seen that vehicle, that is the vehicle we apparently purchased. We were then told that we do not own the 2015 Ford and we are to return it and either take the vehicle they tricked us into buying or leave with nothing. They did say that if we wanted to keep the 2015 Ford F-150 that it would be about 6k more on the asking price.
This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I will never do business with this company again or Pikes Peak Acura. I have sent our experience to the dealer board of Colorado and I encourage anyone else that has experienced a similar visit with this dealership to do the same.

Might be great for those blessed with good credit. Challenged credit I wouldn't waste my time. Was open about my situation, pmnt level, and money down. Went in and wasted 3hrs then they pulled the "this is the only car that will work" BS. I relented and agreed. Sent me home because their "banks were closed" and said they would call me tomorrow. I had to check in today only to find out they wanted 3 to 4Xs my down payment to get a deal done. In the meantime I turned down an approved deal based on the empty promises of SM. They are NOT a second chance finance company and if that's where you're at? Iwouldnt wast my time.

I bought a Subaru Wrx from them and they told us the payments were going to be one price and we took it home but they needed to get the paperwork ready to finish signing. Then out of nowhere the clutch blows out which wasn’t even my fault because there’s no way I could’ve blown ouut the clutch in the 3 days I drove it. Then we go back and they keep the car for 5 days to fix it and don’t even give us a rental car, then they try to charge us 2,700 to fix a xxxx clutch so I tell them I can fix it for cheaper and they tell me they can send the car home with me and we will finish signing the paperwork. But right at the end of course these liars up the payment almost 100 dollars. Definitely don’t recommend! Never buying anything from here again.

Got a Lincoln MKX and 28 days after I bought it the transmission goes out. Phil Ling agrees to pay for the “new” one to be put in, that took 2 months. 9 months later the “new” transmission goes out and when I take it to the Benz and Beamer branch of Phil Long where I made the purchase and it completely closed down. I take the MKX to a Lincoln Phil Long dealership for information about the warranty on my “new” transmission and I’m informed he did not put a new transmission in my car but an old one from a junk yard. Phil Long continues to tell me they no record of any of my extended warranties. The dealership I dealt with is closed now and the salesman got fired for giving the email to the owner. I got lucky enough to got rid of the car before it cost me too much but don’t let this joke of a complaint hustle you too.

The tow company said they did not bill them so the robbed me for 200 on top of my car note I paid 345 owe another 145 next week! Do not I repeat DO NOT BUT FROM HERE TOW TRUCK DRIVER SAID I KNOW MAAM IM SORRY THEY DO THIS TO WVERYONE

After a horrible experience with phil Long, I went to CarMax. They found me a car, paying careful attention to my criteria and concerns. Cheyenne was my sales person and she got me financed right away. They did NOT CLOSE on the loan at any time during their own exchange period and have an unprescedented warranty which they honor. Once the 5 day period passed and I had no complaints, my loan closed and that was it. Their service department is great too! Had my oil change done pretty quickly and a small issue was found. They informed ME I had a warranty and to use it. So I did!!!!! Anyway, They didn't try to push a car I didn't want and went above and beyond my expectations. I was impressed and will always recommend them so long as they continue their excellent service. And I have not had any major things going on with my vehicle. It's awesome!
