A real pleasure to work with Ed, they let us take the car... - Cyndi H.
A real pleasure to work with Ed, they let us take the car out for 4 hours! That was so important to me as my back can get sore on long road trips. This test drive was perfect for getting to know the car! We had some parts on order for the car we bought, and Ed got out parts ordered and delivered very quickly. He also kept us in the loop the whole time.
BUYERS BEWARE - Katreece3717
So I drove 4+ hours to buy my vehicle from here. And the service was amazing they made me feel very welcome and what not but problems didn’t start occurring until AFTER my family and I had left. So my family and I had noticed that there was a bubbling/ paint raise at the front of the car I was purchasing and they had agreed to fix that and also to get me the spare key and the remoteless entry code from the original owner. And that if they couldn’t get the code from the original owner that my local ford could access it for free and get it for me. So I call my local ford and find out that it’s an $82 dollar fee to get the code and an additional $180 dollars for the key. So I call the dealership which at this point STILL hadn’t got back to me and they informed me that they wouldn’t be following up on their end of the bargain and getting me the extra key and code from the owner. So now I’m stuck getting the key ( Which cost a FORTUNE) out of my own pocket. They’ve still agreed to fix the bubbling and pay to get the keyless entry code but after buying a car for 30,000 dollars you figure getting my spare key wouldn’t be a problem either. So if you DO end up going to this dealership just know that they’re only looking to make money and don’t care about your personal need or anything after the fact 👍🏼 also get everything agreed upon in writing or it will not happen. will not be referring anyone to this dealership EVER.
Upset and frustrated at my car buying experience here.
This is the most miserable dealership to deal with EVER.... - Jajohnson275
This is the most miserable dealership to deal with EVER. HORRIBLE service on the Chevy side. First: took my truck in for glow plug replacement. Called three times throughout the day to see if anything had been done with my truck and finally 8 hours later, got a call back that they had done a diagnostic exam and found that I needed my glow plugs replaced when that was what I had told them when I got there. I asked them to pull up my history in their database as I had done one bay and not the other the year prior and they told me they didn’t have a database (which I later found to be untrue) and tried to tell me I needed them all replaced. So they told me they didn’t have the parts and I picked up my truck. They charged me a diagnostic fee when I never asked them to do a diagnostic, as I knew what was wrong. When I had them do the $300+ of work to replace glow plugs, my diagnostic fee was not credited.
Second: I took my truck to my mechanic for a service light on. Diagnostic came back EGT sensor was bad. My mechanic went onto Chevy’s website to find that there was an EGT recall on my truck’s model and year. I went to Morehart and brought the paperwork with me that my mechanic printed online. They told me that although it was outlined including MY VEHICLE, that my VIN was not a part of the recall even though an obvious issue with THAT part was identified and mine happened to be bad... they smugly told me “well trucks wear out and parts break.” I let them know that I would not be coming back and they seemed happy to see me go. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and am in the market for another and will never ever buy a vehicle from them again. I want to warn everyone to not go here either!!! They don’t stand behind anything they do!!!!
Ed Bozarth treats you like family!!! - Kaylie
I highly recommend Ed Bozarth. My salesman was very knowledgeable on all the makes and models. When I chose th 2018 Colorado, he made sure I knew the vehicle top to bottom and inside and out before I left the lot.
Bought a 2013 impreza - Christopher L Briardy
Kevin was a great sales person to work with. Negotiations were easy and reasonable. He went the extra mile and sent items I left in the car back to me by mail. He was easy to connect with and made the buying process really simple and enjoyable. The finance department moved a little slow and pushed a few extras I didn't want, but not too hard but were also overall pretty easy to work with. I'd definitely go back for a car in future years.
Superior Customer Service - JWC
Excellent honest service. I am from another state and had to have my Jeep serviced while traveling. Image a appointment and received superior customer service. You cannot go wrong with this dealership. I wish my hometown dealership had the same level of service.
