Ford Expedition - Hagen61
we were told about a vehicle that they had bought on auction. sounded nice so we came in and looked at it. We were told a price and then got the listed price and they honored what they had told me. Things like that go a long way with me I will recommend and use them for future purchases. They were able to get me financed as well.

Sold us a lemon and went back on their word - nunya
If I could rate less than a star I would. We bought a 2010 Equinox from Luke at Wollerts. It was low mileage and we were told that it was mechanically sound. When we asked for a warranty we were told we could not have one for this car. 10 months later the engine was about to throw a rod and we could no longer drive it. We called Wollerts and initially they seemed very sorry for admittingly selling us a lemon and stated that they would do whatever was in their power to make it right. We brought the car to their lot. We were told that Matt, the sales manager would contact us. No one ever did. For two months we left messages, tried to get answers and were dodged. Finally we called Matt and stated that we were interested in a particular vehicle to trade with our lemon and they said they would do what they could to get us in that car, but let us know they could only give us $500-1000 for our car. Matt referred us to Chris the sales manager since he would be out the day that we would come in. Chris did not work with us but instead referred us to two separate salesmen, both of which did not really know what we had experienced. We took the car that we wanted to purchase to the mechanic. The brakes were going to need to be replaced soon (for $500) and the keyless entry did not work. Not only did they refuse to work with us on the price of the new car (even with the issues that it had and like they said they would), they only offered us $500 for the lemon they sold us. We spent $8k on a car that only lasted 10 months. Needless to say they have been reported to the BBB and I hope no one else in my community gets taken advantage of like we did.

My wife has a 1990 Toyota pickup that she loves dearly. We recently had a major service done at Bighorn Motors in glenwood springs, CO. After getting the vehicle back we drove home a few micellaneous errands before we left town for a week vacation. Upon our return my wife did one short trip and then called me to tell me that the truck would not run. I called the dealer and told them about the problem. As expected they said it could be any number of items that had nothing to do with the service they performed. I told them that the truck was not drivable and they said we could get it towed to them. We live 40 miles away from the dealer so I chose to invest in a mobile repair man to come and check things out. Iwas informed that it would take a lot of work to diagnose the problem and it was better to take it to the dealer in case it was related to their prior work. After contacting the dealer again - Don arranged for a tow and told me they would get to it as soon as possible. It turned out that it was a part that was part of the original service. Don took the time to explain to me what they found and the possible causes for the problem. When my wife picked up the vehicle they did not charge us for the fix or tow. They said we've been long time customers and the repair is something they would not normally do (don't even stock the parts because it's done so infrequently) but felt that since the vehicle was so old they should have reccommended it. Great service and best way to keep us coming back - we have 2 toyota pickups and are looking to buy another this year - definitely reccommend this dealer/service.

I have purchased numerous cars from Dana Motors over the years and have been treated very well there. My reason for visiting this time was to trade in my beloved old car for something more fuel efficient. I was treated with respect and the salesman was friendly and courteous. I feel the price of the car was fair and I have faith that if there is ever any difficulty with the car I can count on the owner and the salesman there to assist me. Overall it was a positive experience once again at this dealership. I put my trust in Dana Motors and I have sent several of my friends there over the years.

I'd give negative stars, if that were possible. I bought a van there 2 months ago and was told it was in Excellent condition. He'd had his mechanic check it out from top to bottom, had replaced the battery, the spark plugs, etc. The van worked for just under a week after buying it from them. When I called to see what my options were, I was lied to over and over again. "We'll fix it for free at a mechanic in your area" and "We'll trade it for another vehicle on the lot" were the lies I was told numerous times. I set up an appointment for an estimate with my local repair shop and was quoted an amount to do the estimate. I relayed this information to Steve Kissner, our salesman, and was told he wasn't going to pay. I then made an appointment with Steve Kissner to trade the vehicle for another minivan of equal value on his lot. He had taken a personal day the day of our appointment. We've officially been dicked around by them for over a month now. DO NOT BUY FROM JENSEN-KISSNER!
