We were promised many things through this dealership. After the deal was done they failed to follow up with their promises. When questioned we were insulted and treated rudely. I am getting ready to buy another vehicle and it won’t be through them!

I took my truck into the Denny Menholt service dept at the recommendation of a friend. I did my research as to how much the repair should cost and to my surprise the service writer showed me a number three hundred over what I was expecting. I had to have the vehicle fixed ASAP as it was really acting up. I pay the bill and I get halfway home when the “Service Engine” light comes back on and my oil pressure gauge is bouncing around. I contact the service dept and they said it might be a bad sensor, now I’m not a mechanic but I assumed they would use the computer to check that the sensor was working correctly before they told me it was repaired, evidently that’s what you get when you assume. I spoke with the service manager and asked why the labor cost so much “$229.00” per hour, he told me they had a sliding scale on repairs. Point of fact, they waaaaay over charged for the labor and they didn’t fix the problem. They want me to bring it back in to get it fixed right but I’m not giving them that opportunity. Stay away, avoid this place like the plague, do yourself a favor!!!!!!!!
