I have never liked going to any car lot, had many many bad experiences at other places. Al is amazing, nice guy, great attitude, fun to be around and will always go the extra mile. He is very thorough and his depth of knowledge is unsurpassed. There is no one better in my opinion and ANY dealership that has Al on their team will have a great treasure.

I bought a 2013 Yukon Denali from Carl back in March. When I initially took the car for a test drive, I noticed there was a message on the dash saying that a rear tire was low. Before purchasing the vehicle, I asked Carl to have the tire/wheel checked out to make sure there was no problem with it and told him that was not something I wanted to replace after driving it off the lot. He took it into the shop and came back moments later saying that it just "needed a little air" and everything was fine. I went ahead and purchased the vehicle along with a full warranty to the tune of $3000 (that was just the warranty). After a month or so things went south, the stitching on the leather arm rests started popping off, the drivers door handle completley popped off, the third row seat needed to be fixed so it would pop up, and the icing on the cake was the wheels. Each tire would slowly lose air, I took it into Schwabs and it took them one look to realize that the wheels were in fact deteriorating and it needed 4 new wheels, funny how they couldn't figure that one out at Knudsen even when I SPECIFICALLY asked. Next my check engine light came on, that was the final straw for me so I called Knudsen and set up an appointment and also left a message with Carl explaining how unhappy I was. I felt like this car was super glued together to get it sold. Carl never called me back. I took my car in at 9:30am and when I heard nothing, I called at 3:30pm to ask if they had gotten the car in to check it out. The shop guy told me they hadn't gotten it in but would go check and call me back within the hour. He called me back about 4/4:15 and to my relief it was the gas cap that had set off the sensor for the check engine light, it wasn't screwed in all the way, GOOD NEWS??? When I got there to pick my vehicle they handed me a bill for $110!!! I was confused until the guy I was dealing with explained to me that he had to pay his technician to diagnose my car, my confusion turned to complete disbelief and anger..... Did you know you can go to AutoZone and they will plug your car in and diagnose it for free? But not at the dealership where you spend over $30k, oh and the warranty didn't cover that either. They didn't even have it for an hour!!!!! I called back the next day and asked to be transferred to a manager, I spoke with a different gentleman and he apologized and told me that at Knudsen they really do care about their customers and he seemed as stumped as I was about the $110 charge. I was told he would do some "homework" and get back to me that evening or the next morning.... NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK, so here I am writing the first and only online review I have ever written. I too own a business and NEVER have I treated a customer this way. I would have more respect for these people if they called me back and told me to kick rocks, but how cowardly that I can't even get a phone call. I've bought cars here before and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know to never buy a car from this dealership.

The dealers sales person constantly lied to me about the vehicles location and the sales manager lied to me online and to my face. The vehicle I was told was on site and ready to process for pickup. In fact the vehicle was in the midwest. I had a 400+ mile drive to pick the vehicle up. I expected to pick it up in November when the roads were good. I ended up in mid December driving in less than good conditions. The original sales person in no longer working at Dave Smiths. Car dealers have a bad reputation and Dave Smith Motors makes it worse. I don't believe I will ever purchase another vehicle from Dave Smith Motors. Look around I could have made a slightly better deal in Boise Idaho and not had to deal with the folks at Dave Smiths. The only good thing was the person who is in charge of the add ons was great.
Parkway auto deer park washington - Just wasting time
I would not recommend this car lot to my worst enemy! Went in to buy a jeep. Negotiated a price they accepted then gave me the run around for hours my family finally left I stayed waiting then they said there was a 300 dollar fee they wouldn't pay I said I would pay it then they wouldn't let me. They said go to the bank it was already approved and if I went to the branch there wouldn't be a fee. Went to the bank and the bank said they had no idea what I was talking about they didn't have an approval or even an application for the jeep wasted another 2 hours then went back to the lot and they said sorry we just sold the jeep! Worst car buying experience ever!
