Still Waiting for Liner and Fix Radio - Mlstorey
We bought a F250 a month ago and they agreed to put liner in truck bed and fix the radio and have not heard back from them. The service after sell is poor. Devon scheduled are initial appointment wrong to buy the truck too!

I have been coming to this location for service and car purchasing for the last 19 years. My father in law is retired from Ford so we have been loyal to Ford. While the 2 salesmen were nice and I ultimately ended up with a car I wanted at a fair price point, the whole process was difficult. I had arranged ahead of time to borrow the car (used)and when I picked it up there appeared to be vomit in the back so I didn’t take it. They did fix it the next day but never deep cleaned or detailed it. They are letting me bring it back to get it detailed but it sure would have been nice to drive away with a clean car.
Service Integrity in Question - David
I was concerned with some of the service work that was recommended initially, and asked that you look at my vehicle service records to make sure we weren't doing something that had already been done unnecessarily. Because your the Ford dealer I trust that your recommendations are sound. I went back to my vehicle records of service work performed, and found that 4 of the recommended service procedures had been done between 6,500 and 8,000 miles ago. When looking at Fords website it would appear that some of these are done at 15,000 mile intervals, and others at 50,000 mile intervals. If this is truly the case it would have reduced my invoice about $705. This causes me great concern with your business integrity. 1. - Did the service work that should have been performed 8,000 miles ago actually get done? Or, 2. - Was this service work recommended only to drive up a customers invoice to improve revenue targets and/or commissions. In all fairness, I would like some honest answers before I take the actual survey because I am typically very pleased with you guys.
