Took my vehicle in for repairs and was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism by Michelle, who was my service contact. She kept me informed, offered advice and was honest and sincere during the entire time my vehicle was there. My repair required multiple days but Michelle made sure I knew what was going on. My vehicle now runs great! I am impressed by the team at Ken Garff. Great people doing great work. I’ll be back and am recommending this dealership to everyone I know.

Absolutely No Cmmunication - larz_talor
I had multiple conversations with 2 members of the service department about a specific issue I had with my Chevrolet Truck. In those conversations, it was displayed to me that there was a very good level of understand what the issue was. The Service Department Manager gave me his advice, in which I followed. I had even told him that a third party had given me a couple more tips to fix my issue. And even those were understood. So I agreed to place my truck in the hands of this person. After spending a heavy penny, and only waiting a few short days for the service, I drove my truck away. Only for it to break down with the same issue I had originally needed fixed in the middle of the highway at 4 o'clock in the morning. I had hopes that because it was less then 24 hours since it was released to me, that the people at Performance could help yet again. They did not. Reviewing the receipt, I found that nothing that the Service Department Manager and I had talked about prior was even performed. Save a diagnostic test. I was told that what was talked about in the phone calls was (1) not written down, or discussed with anyone else in the Service Department, (2) pertaining to the fix, it was "my words against his" (Service Department Manager & Tech). I asked for a very specific operation done to the vehicle. The manager stated that it could be done, and would be done. Nothing that I asked for was performed or even considered. There is a huge gap in the communication between the management and staff of Performance. So huge that it cost me my truck. I will never go or advise anyone to go to this place for anything next to a oil change.
Recall work - satisfied customers
We received a notice about a recall and that we would need to bring our car in. We were given Jacob Skaug to set up the appointment. He was away from his desk when we arrived but came quickly when he was paged. We were expecting a 1-1/2 to 2 hour wait, but were pleasantly surprised when Jacob came after an hour and said everything was all ready. He offered a car wash, however, it was slushy following a snowstorm so we declined.

I went in to take my car in for an oil change with a coupon I had recieved for a $19.99 oil change from one of their employees and found out they are the best oil change deal in Utah County. The service staff was friendly and while I was waiting on my car Darren showed me a couple of Buick cars I was looking at .I iced that they were not pushy but very friendly and helpful. The service department had me in and out very quickly and it was a great experience. If you need an oil change I recommend for the price and service going there.

I recently bought a Honda Accord from Forrest Motors. They are great guys low pressure you can tell they really care about what they do. My whole time working with them I felt like they really cared about my situation and where very personable. I WILL BE buying from them again.

Poor character! Crazy disappointed! - Scot M
Extremely disappointed! Poor character! I called the Parts manager (Wes Savage) twice and he brushed me off and tried to make my problem a joke. He then referred me to Paul Lankford the GM. I was sent to Paul's voicemail and I left him a message. No call back. I waited a week and tried again. I called in two more times and left more messages. No call back. Your parts driver HIT my parked car. The driver had enough character to stick around and come find me. We had the police come and fill out and full police report. Your insurance company said that they will help a little bit will not fix my car. I needed your help to call your cheap xxx insurance company and obviously you're too busy to help me. I will make sure people know what kind of character you guys have running the show. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

I have recently moved to UTAH from IDAHO, and was worried that perhaps I would not find my hometown feel for the SLC Buick Dealers like I had in IDAHO.
I looked around the valley and found Jeff Chappell at Jerry Seiner Buick.
He has been very great to work with, flexible on scheduling, reasonably priced and most important of all he was trustworthy.
I really felt appreciated as a customer during their service and they made me a FAN of JSBSJ.
On July 6th during my vacation trip to IDAHO, my front differential broke down.
A week before I left this was serviced at the dealership, and it looked like there might have been a faulty part installed. (it happens, nobody's fault)
I left the car at GOODYEAR shop in IDAHO for 11 days... as that part caused extra damage and entire front differential and axle needed replacement.
I called Jeff Chappell and explained to him what happened.
He quickly got his service manager Stefan Weinman involved and they started the claim process.
They took care of all the details at Buick, they ordered the part and shipped it to GOODYEAR, they paid for all the labor for work needed to be done, they even paid for my rental car while my SUV was being repaired... including the GAS expense to go back to IDAHO to pick up the car after it was fixed.
I am speechless... experience has been phenomenal, they are not only great at servicing your car and making you feel welcome at their dealership... but they also truly stand 100% behind their work.
I am a customer for as a long as I live in SLC... and I will be buying my next BUICK at Jerry Seiner South Jordan.
