I recently had to take my car in to have the sunroof drains cleared out. I had water pouring in by the front passenger seat and through the ceiling light in my 3rd row!! Dang rain! Tyler was so nice and was able to answer all my questions. He got me on the schedule quickly and made sure a rental car was ready for me. First of all, let me start off by saying the people here are BEYOND AWESOME! I live in Las Vegas, NV. I have dealt with Josh Ray from the beginning, and have purchased the last three of my vehicles from him and the Hertz Ogden dealership. Josh has since moved on to finance, but still, because i was a past customer, takes great care of me. Never once have i ever felt forced or pressured to give an answer, or buy a vehicle. This is now how they do business.
Truth be told, Josh is now a friend of mine. we talk outside of car dealing. I trust Josh like a brother. The last vehicle i purchased (2 weeks ago) i did so without test driving and only seeing pictures. I trusted Josh to drive the vehicle, look it over, tell me about any and all repairs done to it over the history of the car, and ensure that everything functioned well. not only did Josh do all of this, but he fixed any imperfections in the body (that were fixable) before allowing it to be officially sold to me. Once i had it trucked down here, i could not be more happy with my purchase of this $50,000 vehicle!! Josh knows what i look for, and did a GREAT job of ensuring it was "Ryan worthy".
My first impression of this dealership (back in 2012 when i purchased my first vehicle from them) was that they were just a reseller of rental cars. This is not the case. This dealership cares about the quality of vehicles they sell, as well as the people they sell them to. I have NEVER had a buying experience like i have had from Hertz Ogden and Josh Ray. They are like family.
NO, i was not paid to write this. They deserve every ounce of credit that can be thrown their way. THANK YOU JOSH RAY for everything you have done for me in the past. I look forward to many more great buying experiences in the future with you and this dealership.

The GM reached out to my friend and did all he could and more. A dealership like Young Subaru showed their class and character. Because of their professionalism to resolve this matter, I retract my statements below. Yes, you can TRUST a dealership like young Subaru. In the end, they kept their word. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Chris was who helped us this week and the experience was nothing I have ever had or expected from a car dealership. If you are like me and dread having to purchase a new car because of all the hassle, this place is for you. If you like being talked down to, frustrated and being left “to go talk to a supervisor” all the time.....this is not the place for you.
Chris was courteous, knowledgeable, NOT high pressure at all and very easy to deal with. He was upfront, not pushy and not what you think of when you hear the words “car salesmen”.

These guys are awesome. They sell rebuilt vehicles that they buy from California, because apparently California insurance is very unforgiving of rebuild titles, so the cars are almost worthless there. Luckily Utah insurance companies (at least mine) are indifferent about rebuild vs. clean titles, which is awesome!
I just bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata from them a few weeks ago, and I almost laughed when they showed me the before photo of the damage. The front bumper was loose and hanging down on one side, but that was it! The driver must have run over something that pulled it down, I’m not sure. Either way, I got it for less than half what I would have paid for a clean title. And I love it!
Working with their sales team was effortless, even enjoyable. Someone always picks up the phone when you call, and there is someone there until 9pm every day, which is so convenient if you work 8-5 and don’t want to miss work to look at cars. They were all so friendly and helpful, and I will definitely be going to them when I’m in the market for another car.

I've lived in a lot of states, and bought a lot of cars over the years and I can honestly say the guys at Aggie Auto Sales offer hands down the best auto buying experience out there!
Not only are they not pushy, they treat you with utmost respect and bend over backward to help in any way possible, including offering to help us refinance my husband's truck that gave them no monetary reward. We were in and out in no time and they detailed my new car before we left and filled the tank full. Their cars are priced to move, not to bankrupt you and they work their tails off to find you the best interest rate available!!

We test drove 3 trucks, and wanted this one. However, on the test drive, we heard a rubbing sound. They agreed to diagnose and fix the problem, and let us test drive it again before buying. A few days later, they fixed the issue (turned out to be a wheel bearing), and we bought the truck. Marcos treated us great throughout the process. One small complaint, only one key was provided, which we didn’t find out until the very end.

I had no problems setting up an "Ultimate Test Drive". But after that everything started to fall apart.
The car was not maintained at all. The cabin & engine air filter, and oil were completely dirty and need to be changed. The tires were mismatched(same size, different brand), and two of them were below, 5/32 tread left. This goes against what the website claims that all cars are " Avis Certified ". Innovative Funding Service pretty much blew off all my complaints and never called back.
As others have said you are not buying the car from Avis you are buying the car from a 3rd party, Innovative Funding Services. Innovative Funding Services are unwilling to help you if you have any issues with the car.
They’re very unresponsive and never answer their phones.

Don't ever try to buy a motorcycle from this company. I had cash in my pocket and was ready to buy a Demin Black 2013 Road Glide Custom from them last month. The motorcycle sounded and looked great, but they wanted me to buy the bike first before I could test ride it. They promise that after I bought the bike I had a "1 HOUR" to ride it and if I found something wrong or didn't like it. To just bring it back in that time frame and they would rip up the contract and give me my money back. We all know that once a dealer or saler gets the money and has a contract. All sales are final. WHAT FULL WOULD BUY A VEHICLE WITH OUT TEST DRIVING IT. Simply put this company will rip you off if they get the change. Never buy anything from them.
On the other hand. Because of this situation I had with SS Auto Brokers in Ogden Utah. I found a newer, nicer, more equipped And mileage 1/4 what the there road glide had. for only $300 more than what they were asking
Buyer Beware!! - trouble
We purchased a vehicle from them and while doing the paper work there was a theft insurance policy slipped into the final figure we were paying that I did not agree to purchasing. And when we asked to have it removed Glenn in the Finance office said no it would not be taken off. I have since on many occasions made attempts to call the GM I think his name is Scott to have it removed. He did talk with me 1 time and said it was not going to be removed.
They do not know what good service means!!

I was BEYOND IMPRESSED with affinity auto. I bought a 2005 Toyota 4Runner. They let me take the car for a test drive without having a salesman tag along. They weren't pushy, didn't give me like a 30 minute in your face lecture about why I should buy the car and be just nuts. They were super honest and very thorough. We made sure everything worked and ran great. And they even let me take the car to my own mechanic for 2 hours. So impressed! I had sworn off dealerships because they can be so slimy, pushy, and expensive but I had the complete opposite experience here. I will recommend all of my friends to go here when looking for a good car, especially toyotas.
