We are from Wyoming and the service we received was Excellent all around. The People who answered our phone call, Those who serviced our car and the person who delivered us to the Temple and picked us up was delightful to visit with. Everyone we encountered was very courteous. Thanks for the carwash we were looking very dirty from the Utah road salt. You made us more presentable and respectable in public.

Working hard to make you happy - fordguy9
After a bad experience from a big dealer down the street, stopping in here for a great deal and being treated like a king, was a big relief. The experience I had with them reassured me that not all car salesmen are dishonest and sneaky.(like down the street) I will be back to buy vehicles in the future and be sending anyone that asks about buying a used car their way. Thank you for the peace of mind.

Incredible Experience, never enjoyed car buying before this! - Don56
Here is a dealership that makes car buying a pleasure. They truly made the process so smooth and easy. I spent more time at the bank, than I did at the dealership. Initially I was there as an observer, as my daughter had found a car she was interested in checking out. Second time, I returned her car for a promised repair. They made the repair, and my wife and I left with another car to test drive. Both purchases were so nice, no pressure, negotiating was simple and pleasant. We now have two fantastic vehicles in the family, and I will definitely return when looking for another in the future!!! Kellen was my salesman, and Jake was my daughter's, both were awesome!
Great and Personable Team - TomS
Mike Ames is a topic notch sales rep for Hyundai Lindon. We reviewed the Tucson then the Santa Fe and went on three test drives with Mike: First with a Tucson, then Santa Fe SEL, lastly with Santa Fe SEL Plus. Throughout Mike was patient and observant and provided insights on each car. After we left decided with the Santa Fe SEL, and was to wait until the next morning to pick it up, Mike was equally courteous with my call later that evening that we prefer the Santa Fe SEL Plus instead. Mike and the Service Team brought the Plus down for us from Salt Lake City that evening and made it ready for trial run, a look and go over with the features of it, allowed for yet another test drive of the Plus before we settled on it the following morning. Love the car. Very happy with the process and hope to work with Mike when we come back in a few years. PS: During our first buy, June 29, 2012, Blake Murdock provided special attention to our first Santa Fe (2012) buy. Keep up the good work Blake. The personable, unpressured environment is much needed. Tom & Marji

I was greeted quickly by a friendly sales associate that made me feel right away like I was his friend. The rest of the process was top notch. I got a more than fair price for my trade and a great deal on my new car.
Lied to on the phone - Ody84635
We live an hour and a half away from this place, so I called to see if it would be worth our time running up there, he ran numbers and gave us a price that would be the lowest they offer, plus the $2000 over blue book price they were offering, which would put us in for what we were needed. My wife drove up there today to be told the most they could give us was the price he told me would be the lowest, on top of it all the price he said could be the most they give us included the $2000 voucher. Ryan Peterson I believe his name was, lied right to me on the phone and wasn’t even willing to compensate anything for a waisted trip.
Very easy - Landon
Helped get me into my car very fast, everyone who helped was very nice, and it was very easy to get me into my new car
Very poor and unprofessional - Frankie R.
Full of lies and hidden fees. Bad service and no one in charge that will amount up to anything. I highly recommend going somewhere else that will treat you much better in the LONG RUN
terrible business practice - dicksterthefifo
Draper auto put an ad on KSL for a 2010 Sprinter van with no pictures. I've been looking for one for almost two years and recently decided to go for it. I called on 6/29 and they said to put $500 down so i could be the first to look at it when it hit the lot, because it was coming from the east. Almost no communication from Kris for SEVEN weeks about what was going on with the repairs that were being done. In the meantime i saw that the price had gone up $2000 and still no communication. Today, 8/21 i asked for my $500 back. Car dealers are further being proven as total xxxxxxxx and making it harder to buy a car. I will never recommend these clowns and why i tried to give them zero stars. Pathetic experience.
So FRUSTRATED, not women friendly - Frustrated girl
My experience has been horrible! Started the process of trading my car for another one 2 months ago and it still isn’t finalized!! I’ve called and left multiple msgs and no one will call me back. Every time I go in I wait at least an hour only to be given the run around that it is still being processed. My brother came in with me and wouldn’t you know that I got a response in a day. I had an unexpected down payment that was requested and in addition to having to pay that, I’ve had to make TWO car payments on my trade in that I haven’t had for 2 months!! We are two months in and no one has contacted my bank for a payoff amount and the new bank hasn’t received any paperwork to process the new loan. I don’t understand!! I can’t get a response so again, my brother went in and raised xxxx. Maybe someday this will be finalized. Will Never recommend! So frustrated.
You do not want to buy a car here - CTS
These people are liars with foul mouths. The sell of the car went ok and was enjoying the car until that Sunday when the car would not start. Here it is Sunday, missed church and had to go to work the next morning. I was forced to get a jump start and drive to buy a new battery which cost me about $150. They gave me a car with a dead battery. Within the next 3 weeks I had the oil changed to synthetic which cost me $80. Everything was fine when I got a call telling me that they could not finance the car and bring it back. Of coarse I was shocked and especially when they started bad-mouthing me about my credit. I am so offended with their foul mouths and beating me up about my credit. They threatened me they would call the police and report the car stolen and would charge me for every mile that I put on the car if I did not bring it back right away. I agreed to bring the car back if there were not any repercussions as they threatened and they would pay me back for the expenses I occurred on the car. He promised me he would sign a request to reimburse me and I would receive it in the mail. He was lying because I have never received the money. They owe me over $200. I did not appreciate their foul mouths and the lashing I received. The mistake I made was that I did not get the names of the employees with the foul mouths. I suggest you stay away from these people!
Get everything in writing! They are not trustworthy. - Unhappy!
Bought a truck, filthy dirty and didn't provide both sets of keys upon pickup. "Could only find one." Now it's no ones problem and they can't do anything about it. How crazy is that. These guys will jeapordize future business for a few dollars and won't stick to their word. Watch out for Brandon and Ryan!
Terrible Experience - G
I purchased a vehicle from them on Jan. 2, 2019. From beginning to end it was an absolutely terrible experience. 1st, the Finance Manager was rude so my friend that accompanied me asked him "how long have you worked here." The guy replied, "A long time. I've had a few different positions. I used to be the finance manager years ago and recently returned a few months ago." My friend then asked, "Do you like your job?" The guy replied, "I hate it but luckily my wife and I have some money saved up so I can take an extended break from it." 2nd, there were some figures overstated on the financial break down. Naturally, I asked them what represents this figure. Joseph Muhlenstein (my salesman) didn't know. So of course it was the typical care salesman antics of, "Let me ask my manager." This went on several times. Then the "happy" finance manager came out asked me, "What's the problem." I asked how he came up with the line item on the finance sheet? He said, "he didn't know." 45 minutes late he mysteriously figure it out. The finance manager kept trying to get me to finance through the bank they use (you know, kick backs). I said no I plan to use my credit union (AFCU) because I had already completed all the preapproval paperwork and they were offering a better rate. That made him mad! He said the dealership did not work with America First CU. We then agreed I would go to AFCU first thing in the morning. It was getting pretty late at night and everything was closed by then. We also agreed since I live a considerable distance away they would mail my license plates to me when they came in. 3rd, I purchased the car on a Wednesday night. The following day, Thursday, when I went out to the car I noticed a considerable amount of oil on my garage floor. Also, there was no windshield washer fluid in it (something I brought up to Joseph Muhlenstein after I test drove the car and he said he would take care of it - he obviously didn't. So I attempted to put windshield washer fluid in the car and it was draining out as fast as I was pouring it in. Nonetheless, the car was towed to a mechanic and it was repaired. Then I went to my credit union, completed the rest of the paperwork and they said they would get the check right out to the dealership. Friday morning (basically 1 full day after purchasing the car) I received a message from Joseph that said if they didn't receive the check from my bank by the end of the business day they were going to come and pick it up. This went on for awhile and I finally told him to come and get it and I want to be reimbursed for the repairs that had to be done to the car. I definitely didn't appreciate the Autosource Lindon insinuating I was a thief! 4th, exactly one week before my temporary tags expired I contacted Joseph AGAIN inquiring about my license plates. He said he would overnight them to me and we confirmed my address. So of course my temp tag expired and no one knew where the license plates were. I called the dealership and was transfered to Veronica (the person in charge of title and plates), I received her voicemail so I left a message. In the mean time I received an email from someone named Athina saying the Lindon dealership is under new management and her name is Katie Dion. Again I called and spoke to the receptionist, explained the situation and she said "Veronica doesn't work here anymore." So I asked for Joseph. She said he had the day off. Then I asked to speak to the manager Katie Dion. There was a long pause and she replied, "I've never heard of anyone named Katie Dion." I told her about the email I received from someone named Athina. She said, "There's definitely no one by that name working there. The following day I received a call from 'the new girl who had taken Veronica's position. She said she mailed the license plates out to my address and she showed they were signed for at whatever time. I told her I would remember receiving them and I didn't. Then I went to the post office and was told there was nothing there for my address and I was advised to check with the DMV. Went to the DMV, they said I could pay to get new plates. I called the new person back and asked her for the tracking number. She provided it and we confirmed my address again! I went back to the post office and guess what???? They had them because Autosource Lindon mailed them to the incorrect address. On to the next and hopefully final problem. Today I received a not so nice letter from my credit union stating they have not received the title to my car from the dealership yet. I refuse to contact Autosource Lindon again and will pay out of my own pocket to get another title from the DMV. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Complete Nightmare - carguy
I am a very reasonable, very hard-working military member who has been through an absolute nightmare with Asay auto. Please stay away, there are plenty of other internet dealerships who would gladly take your money and provide better service. We had recently moved across the country to Idaho. We found a VW Touareg at Asay Auto and decided to drive down and purchase it. We called ahead to inform them that we were on the way, they said they would clean the SUV up. We arrived at the dealership and initial impression was that it’s just a bunch of college age guys hanging out, instead of a dealership. The first greeting we received was from a young guy with a basketball who said, “sup guys”. We looked at the vehicle and asked why the low fuel light was on and why is the interior so dirty? He responded with, “It’s pretty clean, but I will go put gas in it.” They never cleaned the vehicle any further and put 3 quarters of a tank of fuel in it. We should have run at that very moment but unfortunately, we did not, we instead purchased the VW suv. I should note that we declined the 3rd party warranty they offered, I will touch on that further below.
Initially everything was fine with the vehicle, although on the trip home from the dealership we noted that the steering light came on. About 1 month and 2,000 miles later I came out of work I inserted the key, the display said “steering fault pull over”. The steering column was locked, the car would not start and it was immobilized. We called a wrecker and had it towed to the VW dealership. The VW dealership diagnosed the issue as a sensor on the steering column, and to fix this issue you must replace the entire steering column. $1800 in parts and labor from VW. So far pretty straightforward right? Well, the mechanic pulled the fault code and found that this vehicle threw the “Steering Fault” code 38 times before failing. 33 of those faults happened before the moment (16wks up the day prior to purchase) we showed up at the Asay dealership. I posted a review of my experience online and received a call from the owner. He initially asked what they could do to help, I explained everything above. He responded with “we do a detailed full inspection at our facility” and “you should have bought a warranty”. (Be aware that since this issue existed prior to the date of purchase, if I purchased the 3rd party warranty then it would NOT have covered under the warranty.) It’s not detailed enough to find a major system fault that occurred 33 times clearly. Based on the fact that this issue existed prior to purchase, I requested that the dealer pay half of the cost of the parts (very reasonable right?). The dealership said no, but stated that he certainly would get A.) His tax discount applied from the VW service center B.) a specific % off the total price. The day I show up to pick up my VW from the VW dealership, I asked the service center if Asay had called about a discount, they responded yes, and I sent him so forms to fill out, but he never sent them back to me. At this point I had no choice but to pay the entire amount and luckily the VW dealer gave me a discount for being Active Duty. When I talked to the owner of Asay, he played dumb and acted like it was VW’s fault of course. This entire process was an absolute nightmare and it is still not over, we have secured a lawyer and will be resolving this issue via the court system. In any case, this entire issue would have been prevented if they did any sort of detailed mechanical inspection or pulled the error codes at any point OR if they had simply said, yes we will cover ½ the cost of the parts since it was our issue before you sent you out the door with it. Complete nightmare!

I purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 (25000mi) with a branded title, I asked and was told that the only damage the car had suffered was the front bumper, headlights, grille, and rear bumper. Upon delivery, it was obvious the entire right side had been replaced and the entire car repainted, during the repair the headliner was removed, horribly creased, and put back that way. I was also told taxes would be combined in the financing and were not, I ended up paying clean title price for a salvaged car.

There's a good reason this dealer gets such poor reviews. Corkey, the manager, is the main reason this place is so awful. He's a loud, foul mouthed jerk. Guess management sets the tone for the place.
dishonest crooks - JD923
Sold a car to my daughter. It was the first car she bought her self. The day after she bought it, it started rattling and shaking. Transmission was bad. They had serviced it and knew it had problems but sold it to her telling her it was the tire alignment. They are dishonest crooks who will screw You over to make buck!!! Go somewhere they care about their reputation and customer service.
Automatch USA - Joey510
This place really does want you in the right car. Firstly we chose a Toyota leaf, but after range anxiety we decided to ask them for something that runs on gasoline. They were very gracious. Yvonne, our salesperson was so patient with us.
Overpriced, don't get what you pay for. - SLCNB
So this review is twofold. One when I bought a very specific car, I knew I'd pay a premium. Turned out I paid $6,000 OVER book, and that's not their fault. It was a car I wanted, so I knew I'd pay more. Didn't balk at the price. I expected since I did pay a premium, I'd be treated better. The sales person told me they'd replace the convertible top that had a small hole in it. They did not. The sales person said that the top would be covered under warranty (That I paid for) It was not. Even after all this, I still chose to buy it. Hard car to find, so I get it. You want a certain car, hard to find, super low miles, pay a premium. That's not why I'm upset. I'm upset that even though they made a very healthy profit on me, you'd think they would want to keep me happy, reasonably. So, I bought a rather all inclusive warranty for my car, and it developed a ticking noise about 4 months after I drove it home. Called in to set an appointment, that took 7 phone calls, getting disconnected twice (or hung up on?) only to set the appointment that should have taken 5 minutes, that by itself took nearly an hour. So I get there, they look the car over, tell me that they'll keep me abreast of the information. They never actually called me,I had to call 3 separate times to see what the issue was with my car. What was the problem? When they sold it, and did the services, they neglected to properly torque the spark plugs and one had become loose. So, I get to pay $56 for their mistake. It literally took them 10 seconds to fix it, and I got charged $56. Seems "fair" I get to pay for their screw up. Great job guys! Stay away from these people. They try really hard to come across as "friendly" and they do, but it's obvious it's very phony. The employees look unhappy despite trying to keep a happy face.
