Going on a year now. I bought a Buick Enclave. Beautiful vehicle. When we saw the pictures of the car on line the pictures showed chrome rims. We didn’t get those when we bought the vehicle. Said we would get them because that was the deal and still no rims. So if we ever have to buy another vehicle it won’t be here. We will travel elsewhere if we have to. I’ve sent a few emails and a few responses did come back but not to my satisfaction. Even though I worked retail all my life our customers are what gives us another day to work. And it’s what keeps them coming back. Best customer service we can give. WOM. Word of mouth. Very powerful.
