Tire pressure monitering system - The Waiting is the hardest part
Tried to get my tire pressure monitoring system reset which takes about 30 seconds and they tried to get me to wait 2 hrs like almost all the service I've had done there. I had my oil changed and tires rotated and they never reset the tire pressure monitoring system. Discount tire company did it for free since it took all of 30 seconds and I didn't want to wait another 2 hrs a Garrets.

Several weeks ago my water pump went out in my 2010 Cadillac CTS. I had my car serviced at this location a year ago and was completed ripped off but clearly I did not learn my lesson. However, after this experience I will never go back!!! I called and made an apt with Angie the service manager for a Saturday morning. She was friendly and told me they will look into and call me back. My Dad who had previously been a mechanic, said the water pump should be $100.00-$150.00 and then a few hours of labor. He thought it would cost between $300.00-$500.00 MAX! However, Angie called and told me it was be over $950.00 (this includes 140 just to run the diagnostic which I agreed to ) but that means the water pump and labor was over $800.00. I told her that was absolutely crazy and I wanted to call around. I made some calls and found a reputable shop that put in an AC Delco water pump and labor for $308.00 tax included. When I called and told Angie that I wanted an AC Delco, not a GM waterpump, she told they do not use 3rd party or after market parts GM parts only....REALLY? That is funny because I called several other Cadillac dealerships and they quoted me with a GM part and an AC Delco part. After reading many reviews it appears this is a common theme in their service dept. I will never go back and I would discourage others unless you have unlimited funds and money is not an option. Needless to say, shopping around instead of just letting them try to pressure you into something I was able to save $508.00.

I took my vehicle in for service repair to my AC, paid $1200, my AC stopped working the next day after I picked it up. The GM and Service Manager would not resolve the issue and tried to charge me an additional $1000. I was told to pay the money or take my keys.

I had major body work done on my car. I was asked to take the vehicle when it still had unresolved problems. Since then I have had to bring the car back to have the door adjusted, hatch adjusted, and twice because local glass shops can't get a windshield to fit correctly. Every time I get the well, we have a life time warranty just bring it back. I don't want to bring it back, I want it fixed right the first time. Nice people but very disappointed in the results. The response I get is, "I don't know why it won't fit". I expected better quality, better service, and better handling of the problem.
I expected Moore and I got a lot less :(
