Three strikes - in one trip. - Lacrosse
Two weeks ago I scheduled a service appointment for my girlfriends son's Prius. Yesterday I was called to verify the appointment with Ken at 9:00 AM today - so far so good. When I showed up this morning after wandering around to find someone to help me I was told Ken doesn't work Saturdays (strike one) and that someone would be with me in 15 minutes, 30 minutes later and still no service advisor - it would be another 15 minutes (strike two) - and after another 15 minutes still no advisor and I was told their shuttle driver had failed to show up for work and that the sales staff are not allowed to shuttle customers (strike three) Seems selling cars is more important than customer service - sad to see this is what is acceptable at a Toyota dealership - especially one as new as the Surprise dealership. Anyone can sell you a car - but only a dealer who wants to take care of their customers provides quality service.
