I must have visited at least 30 dealerships and no one was able to offer the service that Steve Williams of Scottsdale was able to provide. He found the exact car I was looking for and was able to pull it off a shipping boat and get it shipped to their dealership. The experience was amazing, he gave me a great deal and even put a bow on the car. I highly recommend this dealership and most of all Steve Williams! I could have been more ecstatic about driving my E-450 convertible out of that dealership. Also a big plus is their customer waiting area, they have drinks and snacks which is an awesome touch!

Awesome place. I came here to get oils and filters for my 2005 E320 CDI Diesel. $160.00 for engine and Trans services but I gotta do the work myself. Yeah it might seam too hard to do basic services on my MB but cmon, I am a Man and I can work on my own Toys. Common sense... GREAT place to get parts for my super reliable W211 45+mpg Diesel tractor with supreme Luxury. Thanks guys!
Dealership Doesn't Give A xxxx About the Customer! - Edonvegas
This Dealership Is a Joke No One gives a xxxx about you if you were purchasing a vehicle or not (maybe they just sell to many cars and don't need to worry about their customer service).
Was about to purchase a new Mercedes Benz with all cash (cashier check) and they said I had to wait for the cashier check to clear before I can take the car, understandable because of fraud what not, but what's not understandable what their attitude and customer service following that "I would need to think about it".
The sales then, texting me insulting comments that I interpreted "if you don't have the money why are you wasting our time" etc.
Policy acceptable but Customer service not acceptable, They have lost a big customer (I buy about 10 new cars every year) I will give another Mercedes Benz Dealership a shot.

It was April, 2016 and I thought I wanted to buy a nice new car. Maybe a BMW or Mercedes. I stopped by another dealership to look at a new Mercedes. The salesman there was very nice, gave me some general information (which I really needed), said he would not be working for a couple of days and I could return and we could continue. So, I went to another Mercedes dealership. the next day. Again, very nice salesman, gave me more and more detailed information, reviewed inventory with him. Thought I would buy a car from this 2nd dealership for sure, but they didn't have the color/options I wanted. Then I went to MB of Chandler, met Todd Frison who showed me around, answered all my questions, suggested we go for a drive, and then he explained the car and the price (better than either of the other 2 dealers), and the details I needed for payment. I had my brokerage company ETF the payment, paperwork was prepared, and I went down to pick up the car. Couldn't have been easier and it was the BEST deal I could find and all I had to do was to tell Todd I wanted to buy a car. Ed Riddle assisted Tod by doing an EXTENSIVE walk through of the car and all of it's features Can't beat that!
