Best car buying experience ever! We did our homework & knew the cars we wanted to see, then made an appointment. The cars were ready for us. No games - good discussion centered around the facts. Everyone was super nice & let us take our time without any pressure. We had a special request which was accommodated without hestitation. We were actually amazed at the price we paid. They made some money & we saved some money - a good, equitable deal for everyone.

I called and email 3 different times to get the out the door price on a vehicle and all they did was ask alot of question. Never once I mention i was going to finance and they wanted to cross qualify me. Took my business else where. After I told the sale man that he decide not to message back or say thank you for your time. Guess he got sore about not selling. Oh well

So the good news is this dealership is closed. My last service visit for an oil change resulted in the service advisor coming out to the customer lounge to tell me the car needed a number of service items. When I pointed out three of those recommended service were completed at my prior visit with them, the service advisor excused himself. Fifteen minutes later he tells me the mechanic failed to check their computer records. What a load of “bull”.
