This has got to be one of the very best experiences I've ever had in all my years of acquiring vehicles. I found my sought-after GLS 450 online on their website and sent an email inquiry the same night. The very next morning, Brandon contacted me, gave me additional information about the vehicle, and answered all my questions. He was friendly both on the phone and in person, and took the time to send me pictures and videos of the vehicle even before I set foot at the dealership for the first time.
Once I got to the dealership later that day, Danny took over and was helpful in every sense of the word, from evaluating my trade-in to showing me my way around the new car, he was a true professional and was always smiling at every step. You can never under-estimate the power of a smile. Both Danny and Brandon made what is usually a stressful process into stress-free, joyful experience for me.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience here, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free way to buy a luxury vehicle. Good job guys!

I originally came in contact with Dave over 2 years ago while looking for a car. A series of events and changes happened in my life and I put off purchasing a car. I would periodically reach out to Dave about vehicles and he was ALWAYS happy to answer any question I had and continued to share cars with me that he knew I’d like. This was my sisters first experience purchasing and looking at cars, so she had never experienced the "Vultures" aspect of a car salesperson's. But we completely lucked out and had a nice easy going sales guy. If you see yourself at Hyundai Scottsdale Chapman, I HIGHLY recommend Osvany. He was such a nice guy, he did not push himself on us to quickly to purchase a car, laughed at our silly 'girlie' humor. (My sister has a habit of saying things are cute) He took it all in stride and even noticed when he almost lost our sale and was eager to bring us back, which he did. Overall, there were a few hiccups out of Osvany's control but just like any corporate business there are always unlining issues. Just make sure to dot all your I's and cross your T's.

I just had such a great car purchase experience with Ram at Infiniti on Camelback. In fact, this was the best experience I have ever had in a car purchase. It was so easy and was actually very fun. I cannot say that about my past car buying experiences at other dealers. Ram was very supportive and took his time with me. We did multiple test drives and he helped me weigh pros and cons of different choices. The financing offers were very attractive and I never once felt obligated or pressured by Ram to purchase. Ram helped me find the perfect vehicle with all the options that I was looking for. Once the offers were presented then Jacob was so helpful with all the paperwork. He as well was kind, patient and happy to answer all my questions. Been coming to this dealer ship for several years. Always had great service writers and excellent service. Lucky me I was assigned Tony S as a service writer my last visit. He is a very rude , nasty and vulgar person to deal with. After trying to talk to this man could not get him to be civil. He was so scary with his language that my wife and I could not wait to get out of there. He was threatening and cursing when no one could hear. He was so bad that another service writer walked away from him while he was cursing at me.
Tried to talk to Service Manger that day and he would not let me get into the main store to find him.
Must of been a really bad day for him. I did a background check on his man and he work history tells it all.
Needless to say I will never return to this dealership as long as he is working there.

i have never written a review without buying something until now. I am in the market for a new or used car with no time line. I have test driving a number of cars to see what i actually want. When i enter a dealership i tell the Sales Person I am not buying today, only looking. All of then listen but don't hear me. Why are you are buying today, we have finance specials and leasing options. The answer is my Mom recently passed away and I am closing up her affairs. All listened but only Tim Beal heard me. I explained my situation and that I have a short list of cars i want to drive and price, the Fort Mustang being one of them. Tim sympathized with my situation and asked me to call him when i determine what I want. I then test drove a Fort Mustang and asked questions about the Mustang vehicle. I was so impressed with Tim, that he is the only Sales Person I gave my name and telephone number to I asked him to look out for a couple of specific Mustang vehicles with the stipulation that I may not buy right away but his information is making me aware of what is out there. I have bought many a car from many different dealers in my life time, Tim is the best and made a lasting impression on me. Not sure my final decision will be a Mustang (I have driven a number ofFirebirds and Camaros) my whole life. But if it is a Mustang it will be bought through Tim. One last story of his character. I told Tim I am a Camaro fan but the new ones feel like a dungeon and you can't see out of them. Instead of seizing the moment and criticizing the Camaro, he just agreed that they have become difficult to see out of. That was it and we talked about the Mustang. Tim is a class act and what Sales People in any industry should be like.

I recently purchased two new Michelin tires for my Honda Odyssey. Well, the service goofed up and sent me home with two different tires which I didn't noticed till I got home. So away I go again to the dealership and got the identical tires. Well I went home and noticed that there was a cap for the new tires missing. By this time I was kind of annoyed that a small little thing like that was forgotten to be installed. Phoned the service manager and Chris was very apologetic and Tom Durante the service director came on the phone and again was very apologetic and straight forward saying they'd goofed up and how could he make this up to me to make my service experience a positive one. So I met Tom this morning and was very impressed with his sincerity and again with his apologies saying that this one got away from them. They can't be right a hundred percent of the time but they will strive for the total satisfaction of every customer who visits their service department. I was totally won over because of Tom being totally honest with me. So all I can say over this, that it was solved and I'm walking away from the dealership with a satisfied feeling. I will consider using their service again next time, but will check and recheck before driving away so these mistakes won't reoccur. Again thanks Tom for making it right! I will be looking forward to next time.
