We recently purchased a new car from Midway Chevrolet. We worked with a number of people there over a few days to find the right car at the right price. Alex, Israel, Orlando, & Michael each helped us out in various ways. They each treated us with respect and were each very helpful. We are quite pleased with our purchase and our treatment!

Employees were friendly enough. Had a bit of trouble... - goal13keep
Employees were friendly enough. Had a bit of trouble getting responses when inquiring about a vehicle. In addition to lowballing my trade, my biggest concern was the financing model. There were approximately $3,000 worth of mandatory add-ons required to complete the deal. All of these packages were either redundant (for example, one of them provided all the same services as On Star) and/or unwanted. Earnhardt Chevy was unwilling to remove the packages. When I pointed out they were unwanted/redundant, the response was "I hope you understand how the business works." I didn't end up buying the car in question; this practice of requiring buyers to purchase unwanted add-ons seems unethical. Many many years ago we had a very bad experience at this dealer (they refused to return keys to our trade when we expressed we wanted to leave), but since so many years had passed we decided to give it another try. I don't think we will consider giving them business again.
DONT GO THERE AutoNation Chevrolet Superstition Springs... - Unpleasant experience
DONT GO THERE AutoNation Chevrolet Superstition Springs terrible experience very disappointed I worked with Pete Johnson all week through phone or text in purchasing a Used Dodge Ram and all is very positive until you actually arrive at the dealership. He lead us to believe that our trades would be close to KBB one KKB for $3K wanted to give us $750 the other one KKB for $13K wanted to give us $10K. Both of our vehicles are in very good condition. This whole thing was a joke. Plus I was told all vehicles would be pulled to the front so would have to walk the lot total lies instead we are out in the pouring rain getting soaked. Sorry this was a waste of our precious time. Experience was very misleading, total lies and I will spread the word to anyone looking for a vehicle avoid this dealership. Part of his excuse was we were early by 15 minutes and we were there for over an hour after our initial appointment with him so didn’t matter how early or late we were.
Pete’s response to my text I sent him on this whole experience:
Thank you for sharing your experience, I was tied up with another customer when you informed me that you would also consider a V8 and you were early. We strive to provide excellent service and will certainly work harder to correct any issues

It took 10 calls to get through to a person at AutoNation and then I left my information and did not get a call back. I was calling because I took my 2016 Corvette in for an oil change that has 3800 miles on it and a two months after I got the car back and had it in a show I realized there was damage to the bottom underside of my passenger beneath the door and it looks like that somehow when they put the device to raise the vehicle they jammed it in too far! Needless to say I won't ever be going back to this dealership for anything !!

Beware of the deal that is too good to be true as they get you in, GET YOU TO fall in love with the vehicle and waste your time. At the end of 2 hours the deal is not what it seems to be. All of a sudden it became a salesman error and the Mgr. says, error made!! it will cost you $15,000 more all while the salesman plays dumb. Walk out and buyer beware of the cars sales business as it's all a scam, bait and switch BS at this dealership.
We brought our truck in for an appt we had scheduled at... - Debbie T. Peoria, AZ
We brought our truck in for an appt we had scheduled at 8:40 AM - 02/06/2021 for an oil change, tire rotation, above console was missing some screws and the center console latch kept sticking. Our Service Consultant Doug Robinson called me around 5 PM to let me know the service tech left half day so there was no one available to do the work on the center console. Doug had mentioned I could come pick up my truck if I needed it or we could leave it in the shop until Monday. I opted to leave in the shop until Monday.
On Monday I picked up my truck from the dealership and realized the tray was missing that drops into the center console. I called and left Doug a voicemail on Wednesday and Thursday with no return call. My husband called Friday and spoke to someone (I believe was Doug the phone number for the person who he spoke with is 623-975-5060).
My husband told Doug we brought our truck in and the tray and the personal belongings were missing. He told my husband he trusted his service techs and that no one would have taken the tray. My husband got pretty upset and hung up, because he was not accusing anyone of stealing anything, but simply that we dropped our truck off for service and it was returned without our center console tray, yes it had personal items in it, but that is not the issue. The issue is that we dropped our truck off for service and it was returned to us without a part, I now have a big open area in my center console with no tray to keep things organized. I would have expected Doug would've had offered us to come pick up another tray for the center console since they could not locate ours. I sent an email to the GM Jay Schmidtke on 02/12/2021 and as of today, 02/17/2021, no one has called me back.
This is unfortunate as we are currently in the market and shopping for a new Silverado with your location. I have always received nothing but A+++ service from Autonation Arrowhead until this visit. We will be taking our business to Gateway or another Chevrolet dealership.
