Quick, easy and painless. This is our 4th vehicle purchase from Moore. I'd rather deal with a Family owned business rather than a Corporate lot. Staff are more friendly, and personal. Customers are not treated like a number. I recommend anyone looking to start here first.

As the salesman who introduced me to the Rubicon, Traivon was delighful, professional and very knowledgeable about the Jeep Rubicon that I test drove. He was able to answer all of my questions immediately. I bought the very Rubicon that I test drove! It's a magnificent vehicle.
The actual sale handling was ably done by Sterling and Ed (from the corporate office). Both were professional, highly competent, friendly and gracious. It was a pleasure interacting with them. They made the final processing of the sale efficiently brief.

I inquired about a vehicle out of state in hopes of being able to make the deal with this AutoNation. Initially the conversation I had with the Sales Rep went great. He said that he would be able to help with a purchase on the vehicle in question. After checking the availability, he took my information and was going to work the numbers and get back with me. When I did finally hear back the following day, I received the email with the cost breakdown from a completely different individual with numbers on my trade-in being completely different than the original. Trying to get a hold of the sales person I was working with, I was notified that he was off for the next couple of days but that the numbers would be adjusted. Another day went by without hearing from the dealership. At this time the vehicle had been pulled from the inventory an no longer for sale. Again I attempted to the person I was working with only to received yet another email from a completely different person trying to sell me a different vehicle. Needless to say the communication and customer service at this location is trash, to say the least! You are better off going next door or across the street to the other dealerships. Will not return here or any other AutoNation.
