Service Department was very helpful, both the service representative Garrett Hering and the technician. While there my wife looked at new vehicles and we traded in our 2011 F 150 being serviced on a new Explorer. Worked with Bob Schmidt in sales and had a good experience.

In May, 2016, I purchased a “New” Kia Rio from Lawley Automotive Group, 100 N. Highway 90, Sierra Vista.
There was no indication on the car to show what year model it was, only the lettering, “New.” No one at Lawley told me that it was a 2015 model. It was not until I was signing the paperwork that I noticed it was a 2015 model, not a 2016 model. I complained.
I requested that Lawley Automotive Group make it a practice to display the model year on all new vehicles. I received no response.
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with - Skudrunner
I have always been a Ford person and have had good and not so good dealers but Holmes Tuttle/Jim Click is horrible.
Most dealers have a drive up Quick Lane but because Click is the only Ford dealer in Tucson customer service is not an option. Make an appointment a week in advance and wait over three hours for an oil change. They spilled oil all over the engine and now it smells of burnt oil. They said they were not familiar with the 3.0 diesel and messed it up, maybe train their techs.
Ford really needs to put another dealer in Tucson so customers have a choice.
