We met with Hawaiian Ray and was immediately comforted by conversation in general, and not instantly about cars. We were there to see one particular vehicle but found it newer and beyond our price point. There was absolutely no pressure to "explore" the possibilities of extending our budget and actually reached out to another dealer to inquire about THEIR ability to satisfy our needs after we left.
As it turns out, we were so impressed that we returned a month later and struck an awesome deal on the car we originally thought we couldn't afford.

Stay away - Jaded
Purchased a truck from the prescott store. Had some issues from the get go and they were fixed but i had to take time off to go to cottonwood to pick it up. General manager was so rude. Two months later i had to get the transmission rebuilt. Stay away from them. The person that sold us the car was nice and tried everything she could to help BUT there policy and warranty is crap.
Overpriced Buick - Carl Ross
In a desperate time we were without a vehicle due to an accident. We needed a reliable vehicle for the many two hour trips we take to our son's medical appointments. We were sold an 05 buick terraza with low miles. It is now in need of a new transmission and we owe more than it is worth. It seemed like the best vehicle for our price range. I wish we had better researched it, but the number of cars that were near us and within our price range was quite limited. We had issues in the beginning and they didn't see the problems we did, the AC wasn't working well and the steering wheel had play to it. They claim to have integrity and wanted us to be satisfied with the car we buy from them. We are realizing now that we were gouged in the price and reliability. I try to go with smaller dealerships, and support local businesses. I am finding that difficult to justify now..
