Buying online can be a little nerve racking, but not this time!! Found the car and called the dealership. I have no experience with the other salesman, because we were lucky enough to get Art and only Art. We were not passed around and told someone would get back to us. Art called back and text back in a very timely manner! Something other dealerships couldn’t figure out through our experience of finding cars online. He met us more than half way and throughly went over the vehicle with us. I would highly recommend this dealership and Art Archeta when buying a vehicle online. I have received emails thanking me for buying along with a personal email from Art thanking me and telling me to contact him with any questions!! Good job Tillery Chevrolet!!
Bad service - Bad experiance
I recently purchased a vehicle, and it didn't make five miles from the dealership before it died. I called the dealer and they sent the salesman we ended up waiting for two hours in 100 DEGREE HEAT for a tow truck. The dealer should of sent two cars and taken the buyer back to the dealership.
The issue was the dealer put regular gas in a diesel engine. Once they drained the incorrect fuel they called to have me pick up the truck. I specifically asked to see if this was covered, the sales manager said it was. He didn't produce any written evidence, even though I asked for them to have it ready when I got there. As a courtesy you would think they would give a few extra oil changes or some other service to gain customer confidence, that didn't happen.
The salesman and the finance guy were great to work with, and the technician who worked on the truck seemed to know what he was doing.
As the dealership screwed up by putting the incorrect fuel in the vehicle, costing me hours of wait time in the hot sun. And it took several days to diagnose and fix the problem. I do not see that they went out of their way to please their customer. I guess I am lucky that they gave me a loaner car while they fixed my vehicle.

I am not one to rate a company. I give them the benefit of the doubt. NOT HERE. I took my truck in to Brad Francis service department. But was treated smuggle and it just didn't matter if I was there or not. I would of rather had a root canal... Really. I'm Talking about the service department. I brought my truck in about a recall. He was unprofessional and it seemed like he didn't understand the process. I wish I could remember his name. I wanted to get the truck serviced also. Change the oil in the motor and transmission and do the 100.000 service.. I was ready to spend about $1,000 to get everything up to speed and it was due. But after this gentlemans attitude. I wouldn't ever go back. Maybe it was because I was a girl that he tried to over talk me. Talk to me in circles and then try to sell me something that I didn't even need. The estimate was ridiculous and HE was just a jerk. I knew what i wanted him to do with the truck, but he just felt shady and like i was wasting his time. In short. I wouldn't go back due to the attitude this guy had and the coldness that he showed.
If you do go there, beware and you might want a second option, if you can get through the rudeness and snarkness.

Deception, lies, and don't give a crap attitude. We recently had our truck broken into in an attempted theft. We have a kill switch so the truck was not stolen. We did make an insurance claim and they suggested a few places. We choose Galles Chevrolet. Galles Chevrolet lied to us, about knowledge of the kill switch, claimed to do an inspection, my tires are bad and didn't state this, didn't fix the truck properly, no power lock operation, and took over a month to work on it. When confronted on these matters I was hung up on by the service manager and treated like an idiot by the general manager. They also sold us a un-needed battery, as ours was only a year old with a 2 year free replacement from interstate. They do not do complete work and make excuses and lies when asked why the truck is not fixed.
