Dan was no-nonsense with me and very trustworthy and transparent. He really went above and beyond to meet my needs and I felt he was excited for the purchase in a real personal way. I was shopping for a car for my daughter, her very first car, and she is 18. He listened to what I was looking for, and pursued every avenue to get me into what I was looking for and never pushed other avenues on me. As I learned more about the cars, I learned more about what would be the best option for my daughter, and then I conveyed my changes in interests to Dan and he started down that road with me. We started with used cars, but we couldn't find one to my liking that fit all my needs. We then started in the compact models, and I ended up with the one size bigger - all at my direction and request. I feel really good about the purchase I made and know it was the right choice for my daughter. I surprised her with it and she loved it. And Dan followed up after asking how the surprise went with my daughter.
Others I met at the dealership were great. I appreciated that the finance guy did not push me with hard sales for uncharges like i have experienced at many other dealers.
I will definitely go back to this dealer.

Sales personnel (i.e., Adam and Godsey) were attentive, professional, knowledgeable and bent over backwards to accommodate all inquiries. Never felt pushed or minimized regarding ongoing sales transactions. Felt like a valued customer and not anther sales to be rung up on the monthly quota. The same applies to the staff at the parts department. Their service department is run like a well oiled machine. Test drove a car they had just reduced the price on to below book value, and jumped on it because others were looking at it too; Ed was not pushy at all. The paperwork/processing took a long time, but I left a couple hours later, and Ed was nice enough to deliver the car to me the next day all the way across town. I will definitely consider M & F again next time I need to purchase a vehicle.

I HATE buying a car - the experience is always one of pushy salesmen just intent on selling me a car even if it isn't the right one for me. Not at all the experience here. Omar is the best. His interest really was focused on the best vehicle for me WITHOUT the pressure. Would highly recommend him because he was great to work with, great attitude and just an all around good guy. My son and I had a great experience buying a car from Dan and Paul. After searching for a reliable used car for a couple weeks that would be reasonably priced, these two were a god send. The show room and parking lot were very pleasant. They stayed over an hour after closing to help with getting insurance on the vehicle (we got there to look at the vehicle close to closing). I have purchased many vehicles from Zia Auto over several years. I like their transparency when it comes to the vehicles condition and history. They don't hide any information. I have never had any issues financing vehicles through their banks and was told my options which were about the same as what my bank was offering. I will continue to use them as they have very nice cars for some awesome prices.

I had no credit, not bad just none. I knew I would pay a high interest. Had to drive over 125 to the dealership. I did get a good car but that'should not the issue. I was told I had to take the extended warranty. I didn'the want it but was told if I didn'the take interest rate would you up as would my payment. I needed car. Plus I was told I had to take GAP and the GPS service. Almost immediately I figured out GPS didn't work in my area. Teo weeks before they agreed to remove and add to principal. Then I found out I had 1 place within 125 miles to take my cat to for warranty work. They didn'the care.
Fast forward 19 months. I was so upside down I couldn'the refinance. I was looking for a document in the packet given me when I left and couldn'the find what I needed. I downloaded what they had emailed to me and actually found cancellation forms for both GAP and Extended Warranty. I filled them out and with in 30 days had over $2500 applied to principal.
Whi,e looking at my account I noticed a few refunds. When I ask about them got lots of double talkaline. Said I wanted a refund on interest I had paid. They argued but finally gave it to me. But they added as a payment which I was paying interest on the refunded interest. Geez
I finally got my loan far enough down to buy another new car and pay them off. But it isn'the over yet. They've done some other things that I'm still trying to get handled. But my recommendation is look at your account closely, ask questions and get what's yours. And BTW, by law they cannot force you to buy extended warranty by upping your interest rate. Of course they will likely deny it since it is your word against theirs. But you CAN cancel.
