Well, bought a used car from them back in 2008. Not a bad experience. Got the car without a lot of fan fair. Decided to go look at trucks (used). First one I tried, got it back to the dealership and it had an oil leak. Said no to that one. Next one I test drove I liked and decided to purchase it. Was told that the code to unlock the door was in the truck. It has an outside punch key code. The passenger side door lock is missing the whole mechanism. The air conditioning didn't work 😣. I am totally displeased with the service. They refilled the A/C unit with 134A but never found the leak. That's all I got from them. Still no door code, still no passenger side door lock, still a leak somewhere in the A/C system. Don't buy a vehicle from these people. They have totally gone south for costumer service.
Well, after I wrote this review I finally got everything fixed. They were a totally different dealership than I had walked into the first, second, and third time. Christina Douglas was outstanding along with Danny the service manager 👍. Fixed the problems in record time.
Scheduled service - Jollygreen
I was seen on time when I scheduled my Hellcat for service. The technician correctly diagnosed the cars lack of a problem and the service manger returned it to me promptly. I was kept informed of the vehicle progress through the system by text messages which made the short wait easy to handle!

The dealership side of this place wasn't bad, infact they were awesome. What made me give them one star was because of services they are the worst. Had to take in my truck a year after because the engine light was on and the truck was saying on the screen it was -40 degrees outside. The truck is still under warranty so my guess was I have to take it were i bought it. We dropped it off Monday night, only a few minutes before they closed so we knew we had to leave there. I get a call Tuesday at 5pm by rob saying that the truck won't be done till Wednesday morning but if for some reason its not he would put me on a rental, but he said it should only take 15 min or so so it should be done. It is now Saturday and my truck its still there. I didn't even get a rental till Friday when i went to the place in person. They also attempted to return it to me friday night but the work was incomplete since my reverse camera was no longer working for some reason. Not a good place to take your cars to get fix. Manager wasn't much help ether.

I contacted the dealership via their website and was pleasantly surprised when the salesman contacted me. He was courteous and asked what I was looking for and when I had time to stop in. Trevor was honest and principled which made the experience positive. It took a lil over two hours to get through the process and I walked away feeling good.

The service department is the worst I've ever seen or heard about the co-owners grandson is head of service department and is arrogant and argumentative I've had property stolen from my vehicle degreaser used on the front of my vehicle when washed and when I said something about not putting it on my vehicle I was told that he the service manager the grandson had been doing it since he was 12years old that doesn't make it right
