John Davidson was a great salesman. So was everyone through the finance process. However, once I got to the service department, it tanked. I purchased the Cilajet protection package and returned my car to the dealership for the installation. Nobody told me my car was going to be driven to Rancho Cordova and back (I can imagine whoever drove my SS probably had a great time in it-who knows what they did to it!). When I picked my car up, it was delivered to me with the gas light on and the gauge on the red line. How is that acceptable? It was like pulling teeth for them to even give me a gallon of gas so I could make it to the gas station, which I found ridiculous after I paid over $40,000 for the car. Their communication with the customer needs to improve as well as the treatment of the customer once the sale is finalized.

I bought a used truck here and the salesman Dave Maine helped me through the process. It was nothing more than awesome. He was knowledgeable with the vehicles they had and up front and honest. Great buying experience. About a month or so later I received a free lube and oil change from them so I made an appointment for the following week. I was running late for it so I called and talked to Colleen Anderson in the service department, she told me "no worries" I'll see ya when you get here. I brought it in and introduced my self. She told me well lets go check it out and get you going. Very professional, took all the information that was needed and brought me over to the waiting area and offered me coffee. Purchased 2nd New Car - New Car
Used the on-line service in identifying a car and then completing my finance application on-line as well. Worked with a dealer via of texting to provide needed information to them. All I had to do was go and sign the paperwork and pick up the keys. The dealer gave me the run through on the car and I was out the door. No stress at all. I've recommended a friend in Reno to check out this service. This is a great service for us in rural Nevada (Schurz). I love my Chevy Sonic.

We went in to look at one car but ended up purchasing another. All in all it was a good experience however the paperwork experience was a little bit lengthy and there seem to be some confusion but we got through it. Jerry the sales manager knew exactly what we were and were not willing to pay and worked hard to make the numbers where we needed them to be. Blake was the sales guy and although he was very young he was also knowledgeable and very polite and customer focused!

I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years. Have a great experience, loaner car when needed, the truck was washed after every visit. NOW with a whole new team, NOTHING is good Chuck is not good with customer service always has to talk to someone else about what’s going on with truck. NO more wash no more loaner no matter how much you send. Heading to Reno next time AND NOT coming back
