Professionalism, honest, high integrity, and customer focused. That is how I would describe Star Ford Lincoln of Glendale. Usually there are some hiccups when you work with businesses online or via text. Not at Star Ford Lincoln.
I was fortunate enough to be connected with an amazing sales coordinator, Caitlynn Zimmer. And wow, I am so happy we did. Explained to her what we were looking for. A great deal on a 2020 Navigator L edition (see pictures). And Caitlynn delivered.
Car was for my brother in-law and we were able to secure the deal prior to coming in. A huge help with the pandemic going on and all the safety precautions that are mandated. When finally at the dealership he also worked with Harry (who was knowledgeable and courteous). The entire car buying process was expedited and you had one very happy customer leave with a new car.

My own experience going to Santa Monica Ford it’s a wonderful & ease of buying or leasing. First their sale Rep. in particular always we deal with for years is Bob Kane. You tell what you want and what car you need he take note and bring it to you with no hustle. The place and the rest of the staff: it’s clean and friendly. You will be greeted with a smile and feel very welcome, but they don’t harass you. You are free to roam around and when you ready you are welcome to request for help. If they don’t have the car or truck you wanted they will find it for you. Doing paperwork it’s a breeze. Yes they offer extra care but if you don’t want they don’t insist and move on to finish your contract. Overall FiveStar for me!

SHOPPER BEWARE!!!! They use the typical BATE and SWITCH techniques to get you on their lot. What ever happened to honesty and integrity. I guess the words are not synonymous with Car Dealership!
Exhibit A the online advertised price $66,575. We arrived at the dealership test drove the vehicle and sat down with the sales person. One very nice and professional Alfredo. We presented the copy of the online price including the VIN number. OH no!! that doesn't sound right let me get the "General Manager" We waited about 25 minutes and in comes the GM. Hiro Sayama, he looks at the computer makes some calculation on his phone. He comes over and with a very serious look and his head down says " I apologize that price in an error" apparently the price of the vehicle and the least they can let if go for is $81,000. and change. Or they are taking a loss. The mark up alone is $14,999.( for what??? there is no explanation, supply and demand??). The world of controlled marketing and disclosures must not apply to auto sales. As you can verify from other reviews this is not the first time.
Today this same vehicle is listed once again on their website now for a price of $77,855. (This advertising guy must need glasses and whoever is proofing it as well).
There needs to be some accountability for this type of false advertisement.
