Vehicle to tow a trailer - Trailerdragger
I found a low mileage pick-up that fit my needs for towing but it was 80 miles away in Signal Hill. I called and spoke to Arman and he answered my questions. We drove there and test drove the truck. It was perfect for us and we bought it. Arman was great to work with. The truck is in great shape and drives great too. I would recommend this used car dealer to anyone looking for a good truck at a fair price.

Excellent Service - mattryann2323
What a pleasant experience. Went looking for a luxury vehicle and found exactly what we were looking for. Ryan and Nathan were not pushy to sell by any means. Not your typical dealership. They were easy to work with especially having the two kids there. Both were extremely patient. Drove the BMW home and it over heated on us. Called Ryan first thing the next morning and they had their tow truck driver drive over 60 miles one way to pick me up. Dropped it off at their mechanic shop, gave us a loaner vehicle and took care of the issue no problem. They were prompt on getting us our vehicle back and in perfect condition. What more can you ask for. Great service all the way around. Will definitely do business with again. Thank you again Ryan!
Best Used-Car Buying Experience Ever! - Bill
I've bought a lot of cars over the years, but never have I enjoyed the experience as much as I did buying from Nick at Carster Cars.
I was in the market for a very specific used car, a 2010 BMW 550i. I've owned one of these before and was very particular about what I was looking for. Carster had one that looked like it would fit the bill, so I went for a test drive. Nick and his father, who also works there, were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The car was almost - *almost* - exactly what I was looking for, but there were a few cosmetic things I wanted fixed on it before I could decide to pull the trigger. I wasn't going to make a deal that day no matter what, but Nick and I agreed to a price and a plan to have the few things I didn't like about the car fixed if I came back and decided to buy the car.
It took me two more weeks before I pulled the trigger, and all the while Nick was extremely patient, and really committed to making sure the things I wanted fixed were taken care of to my satisfaction. They really came through, and when I flew in from out of town to pick the car up, he even brought the car to the airport so I could take delivery of it right there. 5-Star Service!
Is the car perfect? No, not completely, but hey, it's an 8-year old used car; I wasn't expecting perfection. But the buying experience was perfect.
Nick is a real professional, and knows how to provide exceptional customer service. Buying the car from him was a real pleasure, and if I'm ever in the market for another used car, I'm going to him first. In fact, I have him looking for a particular unicorn that I want to buy if one ever pops up on the market...
Buying used cars from used car dealers in the past is generally an unpleasant but necessary task. Buying a car from Nick was anything but unpleasant. I can't recommend these guys enough!
Unique experience - Andyman
Recently purchased a BMW from CMMC, worked with Shane and Mike and met Christine, all wonderful people. Want a unique experience, go there get surprised with the no hassle approach and experience the many cars they have. Thought I was going to get a Mercedes or Maserati but ended up with the BMW. Drove many cars and they are so easy to work with.
Awesome experience with salesman Jim Frye!!!! - Pinkcowgirl59
A friend of mine was in need of a vehicle and has bad credit I suggested Drive Time. So glad I did as the Downey location is wonderful, everyone very polite and helpful. The salesman Jim Frye was perfect in all aspects, best salesman I've ever met. Jim Frye Rocks!!!!!!!
If you have a bad experience at Drive Time its because you caused it they make it super easy and comfortable.
A no pressure experience - Don
Unlike many dealers, I felt no pressure to buy a car before I left the dealership. Aaron Eubanks let me take the time I needed to decide. I came back after a few days and purchased a car. I typically will not go back to a dealer, if I was pressured to buy a car before I left. I particularly liked the “no haggle pricing”. Mike Gold, the sales manager was also helpful.
Awesome Sales Team!! Great Car-Buying Experience! - Dinah J Dunaway
Rich is a great sales rep and was able to get me a MUCH better deal than the Toyota dealership. They don't pressure you, they don't (excuse me) BS you.
And Lucio was able to work with my credit and get me a loan in SUCH a short time. I was shocked at how fast he was able to with his magic!
I was there on a Friday night at 6:30 PM, out the door with a "new" car by 8:00.
If you're looking to buy a car, please check them out. Best experience ever with buying a car. Great team!!!

Outstanding experience! Highly recommend this place! - Franco73
First, I would like to thank you for all of your help that you offered us yesterday in our long search for the perfect car for my family and I. The service that you provided us was wonderful. I highly recommend this place for those who are searching for a vehicle.
Very pleasant experience - Anthony7
This dealership really deserves the 5 star rating! I went in yesterday to take a look at a car that I was interested in and was greeted by very pleasant staff. As all of the other reviews mentioned they really have a very easy no pressure way of dealing with customers and that is not a very common thing in the used car industry. I noticed that all of their inventory is in excellent condition so they really take pride in the product they are selling and obviously care about their reputation! I highly recommend St. Mina auto sales to anyone who's looking not only for a great deal but for a no pressure experience.
Second Purchase - Sasha Bacoch
Great place and awesome buying experience all around, they definitely know what they're doing and know how to treat their customers. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
Do research when buying any used car - Pamela_S5
Romeo was very personable and there was definitely no pressure. The transaction was pretty painless.
I had a number of issues with the vehicle within the first week of ownership. When I reached out to Romeo he met me halfway and covered one of the major issues. It was nice to get that kind of service after the transaction.
Just as a rule of thumb when buying a used car 1) do your research 2) pay for the cancel option 3) check the car see that door locks, windows etc all work and TAKE TO A MECHANIC and 3) was the car immediately.
You may not always get a Romeo who is willing to work with you after the fact.
Have purchased 3 cars from Enterprise - frankandlucy
Enterprise is wonderful to deal with. Eric Rivera was professional and very helpful. He personally drove to the San Diego area to pick up a car for us and bring it the the Orange location. He was prompt in returning calls and emails, and kept us updated through the search as well as the purchase. Candace was also very professional and helpful. Jordan helped us on Eric's day off and he was great as well. It is wonderful peace of mind to know that the vehicles were certified and we didn't have to haggle over the price.
Great people honest and helpful - Classy girl

Bait and switch, don't trust the descriptions - Mimosamay
I contacted them first through their chat services about a car they had for sale to verify the features they posted were accurate. They confirmed a back up camera on the car. I drove over an hour to get there to find out the car did not have navigation, premium sound or the back up camera as advertised. When I asked why it is misrepresented, Susie shrugged it off and asked me well, are you going to buy the car or not? Clearly she was completely OK with false advertisement to get you on the lot and has no customer service. I never got visibly upset and was a gentleman whole time. So there was no excuse for her attitude and behavior. I would be very cautious trusting anything they say about their vehicles and better yet simply avoid them at all costs. The sad thing is, I like the car and probably still would have purchased it if the customer service was not so bad.
complete waste of time - tmac
Arranged for a purchase of a vehicle while out of the country, completed all financing documents that were being fed ex'd overnight and received a bill of sale. Was later told by email a few hours later that the car I had purchased had been sold by the manager to someone else. Really? You sold me a car that you had already sold to someone else? Or you sold me a car and then decided to sell it to someone else insight. How can the manager sell a car that has already been sold? Don't waste your time, effort or money on this one
LIARS - lyster4905
Two weeks ago I bought a Highlander from CarMax and was assured they do a rigid inspection of all cars before placing on the market. Following day, I noticed the tire pressure alarm always on even when the tires were fine. I exchanged it with another Highlander for $1000 more. Following morning, I noticed the pavement under the car wet with oil. I brought it CarMax Duarte service shop for them to check and fix. After an hour of waiting I was told by the technician that they found only residual oil from a repair they did, and there way no leak. So all they did was clean it up. The following morning, I still found wet pavement, so I brought it to the shop I usually go and they showed me where the leak was coming from and what it was that was leaking - radiator. It has to be replaced. Carmax told me I have to leave the car with them to do a repair like that because there were many ahead of me. I had to leave for a long trip so I had my shop fix it for $700+. While driving from the shop, I noticed the two front windows would not fully close/open. I brought it back and had the motors replaced for $1100+. The rear brake lights were also bad and had those fixed as well. If you go to CarMax, don't think they actually inspect and fixed every car they sell.
Fantastic - Marc428i
This place is top notch! The experience was great, no pressure whatsoever! Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. I ending up getting a 428i from Josh who is a really great guy... he was so accommodating and laid back, he never once pressured me or even suggested I get a car. He just jet me decide for myself and answered all my questions along the way. This was buy far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The faculty is really nice, clean and very comfortable. I have to totally disagree with the previous review about frank..Frank was great! He did everything he could to help get me a great interest rate and great payment. I think we can all agree that with anything we can't always make 100% of the people we come in contact with happy 100% of the time. Take it from a sceptical guy who is cautious of everyone!! California beemers And its staff are top notch awesome people. The cars are amazing, well taken care of and look beautiful. I took my car right to a BMW dealership for a full inspection and it had zero issues And they said it was pristine! If you're looking for a great car at a great price from awesome no pressure people, you need to go here first. It doesn't hurt to just check them out and see for yourself. 5 star across the board.
No Way I Would Ever Go Back - ILoveCars
We went down for the car because it was a great deal. Chad was cool. Then the owner, Shawn Majidi, took over the sale. That's shady. They didn't smog the car, they didn't get us a full tank of gas, and they had to be pressured to send us the money to pay for the smog. Tried to get us to pay for the smog ourselves. There is so much more but this should be enough to sway you away from these crooks.
Great Experience - Nancy
Don't expect to haggle the price, cars are priced at or below any other establishment and are good, quality cars. He (Mike, owner) knows his business. This is my fourth Lexus and I'm familiar with how they are supposed to run/look and what to look for. After buying the car, I took it to my long-time Lexus mechanic and he was impressed with the deal I got. I had a very pleasant experience buying a car from him and friends/family have indicated that they will become devoted customers in the future, as well. Location is on Leffingwell near La Mirada Bl. The La Habra Bl. address is an old address.
1985 Porsche 911 - Porsche944911
I cannot recommend EC. Bought a Porsche 911 from them. I totally trusted the person I dealt
With. Big mistake. When car arrived it had over 25 small door dings. Had them popped out at my expense. There was also a significant oil leak. Not the more common small leaks which these cars are notorious. This was a big deal. Cost $1000 to have the oil pan gaskets replaced. Lesson learned. Trust no one and get a PMI before purchasing
Sold me a lemon, beware. - ddd18
My story spans 6 months of nothing but break downs, tow trucks, rental cars, and phone calls between Roy and Juan at Forza Motors. Forza was responsible for fixing a known problem on my 2009 Audi A3 and paid for 7 trips to the auto shop. Seriously, this car broke down 7 individual times about once every 2 weeks, leaving me stranded needing a tow truck. Each time I was promised it would be taken to an Audi specialist and that the problem was found and repaired. To this day it has yet to run reliably. Forza has refused to offer me a full refund on the purchase price despite this insanity and that the car is clearly a lemon. During the week long repairs I would go car-less, Forza was nice enough to loan me a beat up 2001 or so Acura RSX with a broken head lamp. I eventually bit the bullet and took the car into a mechanic on my own only to hear the chief mechanic tell me that whoever worked on the car prior had really hacked things apart. Stripped xxxxx in the engine, cut bolts to fit, broken clips holding wiring and hoses. A lot if jerry-rigging…. so much for “Audi specialists” repairing the car. I was lied to. It was clear Forza was trying the fix my car as cheaply as possible which I believe has led to more problems which I am facing now. Toward the end of my ordeal they have become unresponsive… In total Forza lacks the integrity to admit fault and accept a return. Until Forza offers me a full refund it is clear they are the shady used car dealership all car buyers fear. I hope to hear from Forza so I can update this post with a positive ending.
STAY AWAY - Michael Moore
Where to start? I know STAY AWAY, do not waste your time with this lot if you are looking for them to work with you, and do not expect them to fix any little issues, even when you tell the sales person, Dino(from Kansas) that this little issue is very inportant to us and is a deal breaker, of which was that the driver side door needed to be adjusted and the interior door panel needed to be fixed since it was falling apart and would come off in our hands with in a few hard pulls, of which you had to do to close the door.
Dino(from Kansas) was some what Gruff, but said he would take it to his boss for us,(typical sales technique) just to return with a Kbb print out of the going price of the vehicle. I knew at that point that they were not going to fix the issue, Oh by the way they do not have any Machanics on site, and have to ship stuff out and pay to fix things. Anyways, I looked at the report and replied "Ok so", then he says that they have already lowered the price and that it is a used car and NO they would not fix the door.
Well as you probably would guess we did not buy the car, although as Dino(from Kansas) told us as we were walking out that it would only cost Us a $100.00 to get it fixed. WHAT part did they not get when we told him that the door was a deal breaker? Not to ramble on, but this was our second visit to this lot. A week prior we happened to stop in while shopping for a certain type of vehicle with certain criteria, this was when we first met Dino(from Kansas) and when we told him our criteria, in his Gruff way told us that they did NOT have any thing of such, and we probably would not find it anywhere, of which we told him that we have already looked at three. A week later we are back at the lot because we seen the vehicle online, and just so happens to be on Dinos(from Kansas) lot, go figure. Here is the funny part, after refreshing his memory, then showing him our copy of the online vehicle, then seeing it, I asked him how long they have had it on the lot, he replied two years he thinks, YEP I had to ask why he did not show this to us the first time? His reply was that it was in the shop... Or was it? Hope this helps, GOOD LUCK.
