Vehicle to tow a trailer - Trailerdragger
I found a low mileage pick-up that fit my needs for towing but it was 80 miles away in Signal Hill. I called and spoke to Arman and he answered my questions. We drove there and test drove the truck. It was perfect for us and we bought it. Arman was great to work with. The truck is in great shape and drives great too. I would recommend this used car dealer to anyone looking for a good truck at a fair price.

Excellent Service - mattryann2323
What a pleasant experience. Went looking for a luxury vehicle and found exactly what we were looking for. Ryan and Nathan were not pushy to sell by any means. Not your typical dealership. They were easy to work with especially having the two kids there. Both were extremely patient. Drove the BMW home and it over heated on us. Called Ryan first thing the next morning and they had their tow truck driver drive over 60 miles one way to pick me up. Dropped it off at their mechanic shop, gave us a loaner vehicle and took care of the issue no problem. They were prompt on getting us our vehicle back and in perfect condition. What more can you ask for. Great service all the way around. Will definitely do business with again. Thank you again Ryan!
Excellent Customer service - GuzmanF23
I was in the market for a BMW 335 coupe and so as I searched online I stumbled upon Carster Cars. I placed a quick call and spoke with Nick, him and his staff were very diligent and friendly. I gotta say, I received some pretty awesome customer service! They definitely went above and beyond to meet and essentially exceed all my expectations. I highly recommend them!!!

Ya got a HAPPY guy here............. - Dan
Most people have some fears and doubts about buying a car from ANY car dealer, so buying one from a mostly internet-based dealership probably scares you to death! Well....knock it off. Seriously. These guys just....ROCK!
I guess I'm a little more daring than some, because I felt fairly comfortable with the idea to begin with. Then after talking on the phone with Nick for about 2 minutes, it made me realize I was definitely in the right place. Bought a Tesla S coupe and the buying experience was phenomenal.
I don't even know where to start about Nick. One of the most caring customer service oriented guys you will ever have the pleasure to buy a car from. He is seriously the best and most honest person I have EVER dealt with when buying a car. Now THAT is saying something! I WISH I COULD STEAL HIM FOR MY BUSINESS! He's right on top of everything and he is in constant contact making sure every single detail is being handled. When he says he's going to do something.....it's done. He has a wealth of knowledge and leaves nothing to chance. Before the transport truck loaded the car for delivery to GA he even did a walk-around video and sent it to me. The guy.......is good. Like I said, his attitude about customer service is truly remarkable. He even told me "When the car is delivered I don't care WHAT time it is...even midnight.....call me and tell me if you are happy with it."
The Tesla arrived and EVERYTHING was just as described and promised. I'm LOVING this car and the experience with Private Collection Motors was BEYOND a 10+. I know. I Know. Hard to believe. Especially if you've had some of the experiences with "car salesmen" like I've had. I have nothing but great things to say about PCM and of course....Nick. From my buying experience, I would recommend them to anyone. And the Tesla is pretty rockin' too!
Very pleasant experience - Anthony7
This dealership really deserves the 5 star rating! I went in yesterday to take a look at a car that I was interested in and was greeted by very pleasant staff. As all of the other reviews mentioned they really have a very easy no pressure way of dealing with customers and that is not a very common thing in the used car industry. I noticed that all of their inventory is in excellent condition so they really take pride in the product they are selling and obviously care about their reputation! I highly recommend St. Mina auto sales to anyone who's looking not only for a great deal but for a no pressure experience.

Bait and switch, don't trust the descriptions - Mimosamay
I contacted them first through their chat services about a car they had for sale to verify the features they posted were accurate. They confirmed a back up camera on the car. I drove over an hour to get there to find out the car did not have navigation, premium sound or the back up camera as advertised. When I asked why it is misrepresented, Susie shrugged it off and asked me well, are you going to buy the car or not? Clearly she was completely OK with false advertisement to get you on the lot and has no customer service. I never got visibly upset and was a gentleman whole time. So there was no excuse for her attitude and behavior. I would be very cautious trusting anything they say about their vehicles and better yet simply avoid them at all costs. The sad thing is, I like the car and probably still would have purchased it if the customer service was not so bad.
No Way I Would Ever Go Back - ILoveCars
We went down for the car because it was a great deal. Chad was cool. Then the owner, Shawn Majidi, took over the sale. That's shady. They didn't smog the car, they didn't get us a full tank of gas, and they had to be pressured to send us the money to pay for the smog. Tried to get us to pay for the smog ourselves. There is so much more but this should be enough to sway you away from these crooks.
LIARS - lyster4905
Two weeks ago I bought a Highlander from CarMax and was assured they do a rigid inspection of all cars before placing on the market. Following day, I noticed the tire pressure alarm always on even when the tires were fine. I exchanged it with another Highlander for $1000 more. Following morning, I noticed the pavement under the car wet with oil. I brought it CarMax Duarte service shop for them to check and fix. After an hour of waiting I was told by the technician that they found only residual oil from a repair they did, and there way no leak. So all they did was clean it up. The following morning, I still found wet pavement, so I brought it to the shop I usually go and they showed me where the leak was coming from and what it was that was leaking - radiator. It has to be replaced. Carmax told me I have to leave the car with them to do a repair like that because there were many ahead of me. I had to leave for a long trip so I had my shop fix it for $700+. While driving from the shop, I noticed the two front windows would not fully close/open. I brought it back and had the motors replaced for $1100+. The rear brake lights were also bad and had those fixed as well. If you go to CarMax, don't think they actually inspect and fixed every car they sell.
Don't pay "no haggle price" - WHB
Bought a car for our daughter here. Base model Nissan Versa Note. Perfect for her. Had a cigarette burn in the seat. Dealer said they would fix it. They did (kudos) but really, after a week it looks pretty bad. There were a couple of other things wrong which were discovered after the one week cool off period. Missing hood bumper on one side creates rattles, and a missing bolt for the throttle bracket tie down. I can fix all this stuff myself, but shouldn't have to. Lesson, I should have offered $1K less than asking price and then walked if not met. Finance company valued car exactly the same as we paid, but didn't know about the missing parts and the cig burn. Lesson - never buy a car with a cig burn without a substantial discount.
horrible - alifieri
they don t read your emails and never call back. very rude behaviour. i did find a car broker that treats you with respect. their loss
Great Experience - Nancy
Don't expect to haggle the price, cars are priced at or below any other establishment and are good, quality cars. He (Mike, owner) knows his business. This is my fourth Lexus and I'm familiar with how they are supposed to run/look and what to look for. After buying the car, I took it to my long-time Lexus mechanic and he was impressed with the deal I got. I had a very pleasant experience buying a car from him and friends/family have indicated that they will become devoted customers in the future, as well. Location is on Leffingwell near La Mirada Bl. The La Habra Bl. address is an old address.
1985 Porsche 911 - Porsche944911
I cannot recommend EC. Bought a Porsche 911 from them. I totally trusted the person I dealt
With. Big mistake. When car arrived it had over 25 small door dings. Had them popped out at my expense. There was also a significant oil leak. Not the more common small leaks which these cars are notorious. This was a big deal. Cost $1000 to have the oil pan gaskets replaced. Lesson learned. Trust no one and get a PMI before purchasing
Sold me a lemon, beware. - ddd18
My story spans 6 months of nothing but break downs, tow trucks, rental cars, and phone calls between Roy and Juan at Forza Motors. Forza was responsible for fixing a known problem on my 2009 Audi A3 and paid for 7 trips to the auto shop. Seriously, this car broke down 7 individual times about once every 2 weeks, leaving me stranded needing a tow truck. Each time I was promised it would be taken to an Audi specialist and that the problem was found and repaired. To this day it has yet to run reliably. Forza has refused to offer me a full refund on the purchase price despite this insanity and that the car is clearly a lemon. During the week long repairs I would go car-less, Forza was nice enough to loan me a beat up 2001 or so Acura RSX with a broken head lamp. I eventually bit the bullet and took the car into a mechanic on my own only to hear the chief mechanic tell me that whoever worked on the car prior had really hacked things apart. Stripped xxxxx in the engine, cut bolts to fit, broken clips holding wiring and hoses. A lot if jerry-rigging…. so much for “Audi specialists” repairing the car. I was lied to. It was clear Forza was trying the fix my car as cheaply as possible which I believe has led to more problems which I am facing now. Toward the end of my ordeal they have become unresponsive… In total Forza lacks the integrity to admit fault and accept a return. Until Forza offers me a full refund it is clear they are the shady used car dealership all car buyers fear. I hope to hear from Forza so I can update this post with a positive ending.
STAY AWAY - Michael Moore
Where to start? I know STAY AWAY, do not waste your time with this lot if you are looking for them to work with you, and do not expect them to fix any little issues, even when you tell the sales person, Dino(from Kansas) that this little issue is very inportant to us and is a deal breaker, of which was that the driver side door needed to be adjusted and the interior door panel needed to be fixed since it was falling apart and would come off in our hands with in a few hard pulls, of which you had to do to close the door.
Dino(from Kansas) was some what Gruff, but said he would take it to his boss for us,(typical sales technique) just to return with a Kbb print out of the going price of the vehicle. I knew at that point that they were not going to fix the issue, Oh by the way they do not have any Machanics on site, and have to ship stuff out and pay to fix things. Anyways, I looked at the report and replied "Ok so", then he says that they have already lowered the price and that it is a used car and NO they would not fix the door.
Well as you probably would guess we did not buy the car, although as Dino(from Kansas) told us as we were walking out that it would only cost Us a $100.00 to get it fixed. WHAT part did they not get when we told him that the door was a deal breaker? Not to ramble on, but this was our second visit to this lot. A week prior we happened to stop in while shopping for a certain type of vehicle with certain criteria, this was when we first met Dino(from Kansas) and when we told him our criteria, in his Gruff way told us that they did NOT have any thing of such, and we probably would not find it anywhere, of which we told him that we have already looked at three. A week later we are back at the lot because we seen the vehicle online, and just so happens to be on Dinos(from Kansas) lot, go figure. Here is the funny part, after refreshing his memory, then showing him our copy of the online vehicle, then seeing it, I asked him how long they have had it on the lot, he replied two years he thinks, YEP I had to ask why he did not show this to us the first time? His reply was that it was in the shop... Or was it? Hope this helps, GOOD LUCK.
