They were not sure of what the problem was with phone not communicating with the USB port. I had tried to solve the problem with Verizon q otherwise no results. They did their best to solve the problem with a positive attitude.

I was super excited to come to a dealership that was close to home but that I also thought would treat me with the best of care. As I entered the dealership, I was super excited to get a brand new car as well as hearing what my interest rates would be knowing that I have a 7.6 and above credit score. Not only did the salesman not have much information for me regarding the car that I was interested in, but he was not aware of the cars that were even on the floor. When I asked the dealer questions, he was unable to provide clarifying answers. The first day I left providing a down payment with no idea of my interest rate. I called multiple times to ask for my interested rate while being given the run around. I left the dealership the first time on Friday when they ran my credit and called everyday to gather more information only to speak to them the day my car arrived in person. Not only did the salesman order the wrong car, (I was specific with my interior and while the wrong car came 2 days before there was never any mention of it before my arrival to pick it up) but also, the finance manager told me that I was approved for a 4.5% interest rate. My confusion is that there are several other people that I know with a much lower credit score than myself and have been offerred a much lower credit score from the bank. My question is, was it really the banks that gave me that credit score or was the finance manager trying to jerk me around? He argued that no one is giving lower interest rates any more and if I were to go to a bank on my own they would give me the same rates. Meanwhile, I hve friends receiving a 1.9% interest rate with a 6.9 credit score.
The overall feeling of Kings Nissan did not make me feel welcoming nor comfortable. The entire time I felt like I was a customer being used and jerked around.
I will not be coming back to this Nissan dealership.

Contacted the dealer by phone, they were very nice seeming and accommodating. I was planning to fly into California from Michigan to purchase a vehicle. I put money down on the car and was assured they would hold the car for me until Friday. It was Tuesday. I flew out a day early (Thursday) and received a text message as I was in route to the dealership after landing in California on Thursday that the car had been sold Wednesday. Not one word... no phone call not message nothing letting me know the car was sold prior to flying out to California. No courtesy no apology for the wasted time and after it took 2 seconds to secure the funds on my card... it took a week for them to even initiate the refund. The salesman was no longer interested in speaking to me after I requested the refund and did not wish to have the money moved to another vehicle on the lot. After that experience even if they had a vehicle I was interested in I would not purchase from a lot that does not honor their word. Do not waste your time with this dealer.... they do not stand by their promises or offer any type of customer service. Disappointing experience

We live about 2 hours away, so before we left we called ahead to see if it was still available. So, we got on the road, with traffic it took about 3 hours to get there, and when we do get there the car isn't even ready. In fact, it hasn't even been inspected, smogged, or even detailed. So they said they'd give me a call when it was ready. When they called me back I went back to check it out it still hadn't been detailed or smogged, and it still needed an alignment. I would never go back to this dealership, and I don't recommend it for anyone else.

WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE EVER! I could go on for paragraphs about how awful the service here is, but I'll keep it short. 1) They got me there under false pretenses, saying they had the car I wanted only to get down there and find out it was on their 'other lot', which turned out to be Huntington Beach Mitsubishi. 2) Got down to the other lot only to find out the car I wanted (a white version) was the dealers racing model, which was $40k more than the standard price of the car. 3) Sales person LIED to me about features of the car by showing me a 2011 model and saying everything on it was included in the 2010 model. 4) Was at the dealer for 8 HOURS to purchase a car that the price was already agreed on via email. 5) Didn't even detail the car after the purchase. They gave it a shoddy wash and an apology of 'Sorry, I'm not a detailing guy.' 6) The whole day at the dealer they didn't offer me anything to drink. They said they didn't have any water and nobody there could even give me a dollar for their soda machine (nice customer appreciation, huh?). 7) The gas station where they gave me a fuel credit to ripped me off. I had a $40 gas voucher, they only gave me $20 of gas and called me a liar when I called them out on it. 8) Subsequent appointments with them (there was a scratch on the car at purchase they said they'd fix) were only met with delays and excuses. It took weeks to get done and only because I kept hassling them. 8) I continue to get emails from their unorganized sales manager (who I had been in correspondence with after purchasing the car) asking if I'm still in the market for a car.
I wish I would have seen the other bad reviews here before deciding to deal with LB Mitsubishi, as it would have saved me a lot of headaches. They've tainted the excitement of buying a new car and have likely turned me off from ever buying a Mitsubishi again. In short, do yourself a favor and drive a little further to go to a dealer that actually appreciates their customers. This dealership only wants your money and will do anything they can to get it.
