This was the 2nd time here, the first time they never called back I went to audi, decided to try again when buying another car went in, they said would call me back w/in the hour and talk, never did. I called twice and no one calls back. Buy a lexus anywhere but here, for a high end car, the dealership is terrible.
Unorganized and dishonest - Chux lexus
November 2018 traded in 2012 rx for used 2116rx After 6 weeks and no regestration or title had arrived I did an online check with dmv and it shows the 2012 was still in my name and the 2016 was not in my name. Numerous calls to dealer ship and not a single call back . After
a three hour dmv visit I learned that the dealership turned in an incorrect mail address and neglected to turn in a release of interest on my trade in and they had incorrect license plates on the 2016! Jim fall Lexus reported to Lexus Corp and car fax that the 2016 had a 15k service (OIL CHANGE) the oil was not changed in fact the filter housing was over tightened so much that it had to b removed with an impact driver and replaced at my expense!!! This was my second purchase from JF Lexus there won’t be a third!
