I went in to get a deal on a 2019 Veloster. Firstly, I was at Harbor Hyundai for a good 3 hours asking questions about pricing and an "advertising fee" they said I had to pay. I felt like the price was high for the amount I was putting down, the sales guy was a bump on a log. I gave Khalid a call and asked him to beat Harbor's price. He took 5 minutes on the phone with me, corresponding with his sales manager. Just like that, $10 per month off (that's $720 I didn't have to pay) before I even walked into their dealership. The whole management staff at Norm Reeves Hyundai is friendly, transparent, answered all of my questions, and got me into my new Veloster in less than 3 hours with no worries. Everything was laid out for me, line by line, regarding what I was paying for. Great customer service. My family has been buying new cars for decades and this was by far one of the better car buying experiences. When you head in, just ask for Khalid.

I took my car in for scheduled maintenance. I was working with Carlos Fuentes. I mentioned a possible issue with the brakes. Carlos was very helpful, courteous and professional. He checked me in quickly, noted my concerns, called me immediately once the technician informed him of the condition of my brakes, and Carlos let me know when my car was ready without my having to follow-up and call him.

Last Friday morning, November 30, 2018, I found the vehicle that I wanted on their website after browsing their new inventory. I sent them an email through their website. After going back and forth in the emails and a telephone call from the manager, we could not come to an agreement. More emails trying to get me to come in. Finally, I received a response via email with an acceptable purchase amount and a solid figure due at signing. I got there about 7PM. It was dark so the vehicle was pulled into the showroom. Test drives done, iPhone connected, paperwork signed and I was out by 8:30. Not bad for the last day of the month. I recommend this dealership, but know the vehicle you want and do your homework first before going in.
