Awesome Car Buying Experience - Louie
I went into the dealership late on Thursday with the intent of doing a bit of research on a Jeep Compass but was offered a deal I couldn’t pass up on. Cristian was the sales rep who help me out. He was very respectful, funny and attentive. I was also helped out by Danny who helped put the amazing deal together. Thanks!

They will lie to your face - TP BIZZ
I bought a 2016 JGC SRT from this place. I LOVE my car and cannot stand the people that work at West Valley Chrysler Jeep.
First off, I'm not here to bash this business. I'm here to leave a fair and thorough review so my credibility is not lost. To get right into it, I had my financing already done with my bank. Price on the JGC is already agreed upon. I've done this SEVERAL times.
I'm texting a salesman named Nelson. I let him know my bank is sending the check out for the car overnight mail so instead of coming on the night we agreed, I said I'll come the next day so they have the check in hand and no issues. Plus, no big deal right? What's another day to wait and make sure things aren't rushed. Well, common sense ain't so common for Nelson.
Nelson says "it's ok, just bring the pre approval from your bank and you can take the car home tonight. We work with X bank all the time so we won't have any issues".
I take a $60 Uber ride to the dealer to then be greeted by another sleazebag saying he just needs my info to "verify my identity" and brings out a credit application. I promise you I could have gone ape shxt at that point, but I kept my composure. This guy literally lied to my face saying "I wouldn't lie to you.." (the irony right?) so I cautiously omit some info if this really is needed to 'verify my identity' (because normal people don't use I.D.'s anymore) and the xxxxxxx comes back after 10 mins saying he needs to run my credit to take the car home tonight.
Now remember, the deal has been done, my bank has already sent the check and I can easily sign DMV papers and pick up the car the next day but Mario and Luigi can't use their little brains to think hey maybe we shouldn't have told him he can pick up the truck tonight since we're gonna ask him to run his credit anyways, but nah, they rather waste my time and money and almost lost a sale. They probably wanted to try to get more money by seeing if I would finance with them, but I'd never do business with them again.
They gave me a loaner car which was fair, but had a quarter tank of gas. I went on my way and came back the next day, they got my check and signed papers just as I've normally done.
The guy in finance was cool, but even then they sent him the wrong file so he tried to expedite my process but the other goofballs had to mes sup just one more time.
Oh and on my way home my dash displayed a "service active suspension" light and i thought to myself of course and then thought should I take it back to them for service? HELLLLL NO!!
If you're still reading this, thank you and make an informed decision if you plan on buying a car from here. I know a majority of dealerships have a bad rep and I know salespeople have a tough job to survive and feed their familes, but a little integrity and customer service goes a LONG way. I'll never refer a family or friend to this dealer and ask that you do your research to see if you should do business with them as well.
friendly, great buy - petescar

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - Jesse
THE WORST experience I've ever had with a car service ever in my life. Bought a $60,000 Hellcat here. Had to come back 3 times with the same check engine light problem which they were unable to fix. First time, one of the girls, Liz, accused me of installing "after market parts" into the car, which was absolute BS and tried to charge me $300 to re-install the firmware. When I refused to accept that, they just cleared the check engine light code and sent me home. (not to mention that Liz was very eager to ask me to give her 10 stars when I get a satisfaction survey email)
Of course a week later the light came back. This time I was talking to Stephanie, I explained to her that the code is associated with the fuel pumps, which likely need to be replaced (after doing a simple google search for the code). The car was sitting there, outside (got it back looking like it was sh*t on) for 3 weeks. This is not a $5000 used car. it's a $60K premium car. Would it hurt to hose it down before returning to customer? I should get it back in at least the same condition I brought it in. Again, it's a $60,000 vehicle and they just toss it back to me with a layer of thick dried up dirt on it even though there's a bunch of guys washing cars for new customers in the same garage.
When I lost my nerve and started inquiring, it turns out that nobody touched the car for 2 weeks until I started complaining, and then they proceeded to replace the wrong part, apparently cleared the code, and sent me home. Of course, the code came back again. This time I took it to Glendale instead, where they fixed the problem within 24 hours (and for those curious, yes, of course it was the fuel pumps, which they replaced)
At the same time, I had a plastic cover on the bottom of the car that needed to be replaced. Although I went to great lengths to explain to Stephanie exactly which part was broken, and I even had a printout of the part name AND AN IMAGE OF IT, I found out a month later that they returned the car to me without fixing anything, with a hole under my engine.
Everybody in the shop has a crappy attitude and acts as if the customer isn't even there. After I complained, I turned around to see Freddie (I made sure to take their names this time) laughing behind my back. I guess I was just another inconvenience for them to laugh off.
During this entire nightmare, I was told several times by several different people that they would call me back. BUT NOBODY EVER CALLS BACK. The service girls run around with their iPads but when they tell you they will give you an update on your car before the end of day, don't expect to hear back. They never do. I always had to call and ask. After I complained to the owner of the dealership, I was told someone would call me the following Monday, of course nobody called. I had to demand their attention once more to get anyone on the phone.
I filed a complaint with Dodge and am in talks with a lawyer, since my car spent a total of over a FULL MONTH at this place and they DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING. I went through so much trouble asking for favors, taking time off work and not being able to get around without a car. A month of sitting outside in the dirt and the car was returned to me untouched. I will never return here again (which sucks because Glendale is a much longer drive, but it's worth it a million times to avoid this place at all costs).
Pushed unnecessary work - Jeff54321
This dealer told me I needed to have work done on my front differential, which had just been rebuilt a week beforehand by a reputable mechanic. Also said I had fluid leaks. This also had been addressed by a mechanic before the service. I happened to need to take it to a third mechanic who I asked to check these supposed needs. He said there were no such problems. Stay far away. Not to be trusted.
Deplorable - Alx2drm
This Dealership practices scare tactics, lies, aggressive behavior, and deception to try to sell cars. Specifically Wes Remington and John McCann. After being coached to exaggerate income on a credit application the finance manager Wes Remington tried to get additional down payment and raise the monthly payment on a lease contract stating that without proof of income the contract constituted fraud. The dealership sent a form titled "Notice of Contract Cancellation". The form further stated "Upon your return of the Vehicle to us, we will give back to you all consideration you have paid to us for the Vehicle".Once the vehicle was returned Wes Remington stated that there would be a $1000.00 restocking fee. He threatened that the contract was in "Breach" Legal Ramifications were to ensue. When speaking to the man who identified himself as the General Manager, John McCann he stated that "He was not going to make this easy" The dealership BLOCKED the vehicle in and demanded the keys. Stating they were going to file a "stolen vehicle report" and still would not follow thru with the process lined out in the "Notice of Contract Cancellation"that THEY SENT OUT! Leaving the dealership and calling the Owner the next day the call was returned by John McCann Stating that the owner Chris Shaver did not want to speak to anyone about this deal. After a second call to try to speak to the owner he picked up the phone. He seemed concerned, as he should have been, and said to come in and he would refund the down payment. Upon arrival Chris apologized and said that this is not how business should be done.
I would stay away from this dealer at all cost.
